This is the only location I have been to and you cannot find any better customer service. They will walk you through anything and everything. Thank you so much for your great customer service. Kathy was wonderful and helped me so much with my auto loan

Good service. Way better than Banks (especially BoA). My only complaint is that it seems every night the website is consistently down. I’m getting extremely frustrated.

This review is not for the people at this specific location - they are all professional and couteous - but for Delta Community as a whole.They put holds on checks over a couple hundred bucks.I have never had a bank that denied me access to my own money. It is absurd.

Love this credit union we were able too refinance our car loan. And bye doing this we are saving money and enjoying life a little better. Mrs Karen is the best Patient and very professional. So helpful

Karen and Luke are the BEST representatives that we have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been to this branch, and other branches, but Luke and Karen are TOP NOTCH. They are friendly, informative, personal, and a joy to work with. Whether it's just a typical transaction or questions about an account, these two always go above and beyond to make it easy.

Made notary appointment at this branch to witness my signature on a opt out for Gwinnett County jury duty (not required for over 70 years old). Had drivers license and United States passport for proof of age. They said they were not sure if they could notarize it! I left in total amazement of the ineptness of this branch!

Every time I go into this branch they’re always so nice and helpful! Last time I was there I talked to them about what to do with my debit card on an upcoming trip out of the country and the nice gentleman at the counter even gave me some extra advice :)

I'm not sure if this credit union protocol, but I was denied a shared banking transaction due to covid.?????????? Why is this an issue I guess if I needed money for shelter if I had to quarantine I would be out of luck. If I needed cash to pay for a covid test I guess I will have to put that off. And last but not least I'm glad my mortgage wasn't due today if so...I'm evicted. Bottom line.....rethink that policy, because it's TRASH.#wegottodobetter

Delta was great!! Applied on their online web site on a Sunday. Approved on a Monday. Agreed on a price for my Toyota the following Saturday. Got my check within 1 hour. Olivia took care of me. Young Lady knew her stuff. I don't know what that Darwin fella on the other review was talking about. I'm Hispanic so may be he had crap credit. Check the ladies out at Delta, their rates are great if your credit is good and pay on time.

I applied for a personal loan got pre approved. They told me to email the documents and bank statements. I sent those documents the next day on sept 10 and waited but didn’t hear back so I called back on sept 29. They told me they would give me a Response the next day.The following day I did not get a call back and gave them called again oct 9th and it turns out my application expired I was not aware of this and was not told this. The loan department said they got the document on the 29th and I email those documents September 10: the person in the office didn’t send my documents to the loan department. They Sent My documents the same day I called back to check my status sept 29. By then it was to late and I was missing documents but they didn’t let me know. They said I would have to get my credit pulled again so It was basically a waste of time. The application is only good for 30 days but I was not told anything about that plus they sent my information to the loan department too late for me to add the missing documents. I called to see if they could do something about it since I feel it was an error on their end and they said nothing could be done even though it was their fault. I get that I didn’t send him the documents but they sent my application too late for me to send him the right documents. Also when I emailed my document I left a note on the email to let me know if I was missing any documents

Awful company, bad experience all around. Checking account issues, auto loan issues, home loan issues... Learned my lesson, never again.
