Carla in the Clinique department was fantastically amazing. We came in and told her what we needed and immediately matched my wife's skin color with everything we wanted and needed. Her friend and coworker was also amazing, she worked in the perfume department. So loving and caring. She found the perfect Coach perfume gift we needed. Amazed how much they care and with the shopping experience they provided for us. Thank you so much.

My experience at Dillard's in the Mall of Georgia couldn't possibly have been better, because it was more perfect than I ever expected! My daughter and I were shopping for her first-ever grown-up bra and though I am a bra-wearer, I was having no luck helping her find her size. Melissa in the lingerie department came to our rescue! She was a true professional, gently teaching us the principles of what makes a bra fit, gathering bras from the racks, and walking my daughter through how to know how a bra needs to fit. She was the kindest, gentlest, most amazing sales associate I think I've ever encountered! And she made us feel safe and comfortable in a situation that could have been super awkward! Melissa is a treasure, and I will now never go anywhere but straight to her when we need new bras! Thank you, Melissa!

Had to get a special bra today. Had the very best experience with Alexandria. She was awesome. Customer service is unmatched. She took her time to ensure I had the perfect fit. Her enthusiasm for what she does is phenomenal. From now on…I will come her for all lingerie needs. Kudos to Alexandria!!!

I’m a mom, and love Dillard’s! I was going in to return something today— I perused the online site.l I’m Amazing prices on some bags - I went to the store, looked around, they did my smaller refund for two Kate spade products & then, I went to pay for the remaining $600 I spent, and my bank only cover 2/3rds; I couldn’t transfer as my phone was broken the day prior and replacement was arriving at 7pm— I truly was given nasty looks! I asked if she had a phone, like a store phone I could use so I Conan call or something - she goes “you can’t use your own phones” I e for a charger…. Wouldn’t even let me use a store phone so I had to leave the store go to the atm, and come back and wait in hold on my sis cell for 49+ minutes for a customer service rep to answer. Whilst I was on hold, I picked some a bag for my girl, that was $35 cheaper online - the woman(manager) said “it’s against policy; we don’t match online.” What? They were whispering, and she (cashier) said that the employee who had done my return and applied I to my purchase thought I wouldn’t even return. Huh? So, in Leu of the trashy customer service, and pretentious attitudes; I’m returning every single item I purchased $1,200+, abs my husband is cutting yo his card with synchrony who handles the Dillard’s Card- a higher end store and emolument there makes you no better than anyone else, and I’ll spend my money where it’s valued, recognized as hard earned and where I’m appreciate and treated with respect. If I decide to get something in the future, it’ll be online. Mall of Georgia Dillard’s, now I know why your store stays empty -!who wants to spend their money there and be treated with such disgusting behaviors by management, and sales workers? No One. See you soon!
