I always go to this DSW to get my shoes and sneakers. Great atmosphere and merchandised well. Employees are always so pleasant.

So disappointed by my experiences at this DSW location. I’ve been a loyal customer of DSW for years and recently had an issue with a defective shoe from a recent order. I took the shoes in and both the woman who first helped me and the manager Janice were extremely rude and acted put out. The manager didn’t stick around to provide help, so the associate messed up the return (ended up charging me instead), when I realized and went back in the store the manager tried to fight me on it. Finally, she realized I was charged again for it but didn’t apologize or was kind about it at all.

Decent amount of footwear with lots of variety. Needed more women size hiking boots, had almost all men only.

Store manager is rude, not helpful and uninviting. Got scolded at the register because my coupon was taking too long to load on my phone. Claims the line was too long, in my opinion he could’ve jumped on a register and started helping instead of scolding customers trying to checkout. Also barely acknowledged me when I asked where to find a product. Kinda lame.

One star for not offerenig any bags. Not even paper. I bought several items and had to carry all that loose in my hands. Going woke is not smart or customer friendly.
