I loved my edible arrangement, it had tajin on it which made it taste even better. The fruits tasted fresh and juicy. the lady was also very nice and gave my baby girl a cupcake 😊 I’d like to try their other arrangements in the future.

The strawberry dipped chocolate was absolutely delicious. The lady at front was very nice and she offered me free smoothies. It was very good. A MUST TRY. Keep up the good work.

Just perfect! Very nice arrangement! I had a great experience with Edible Arrangements! The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The fruit was fresh, beautifully arranged, and tasted wonderful. It made such a sweet gift for my grandsons who have introduced my new granddaughter, their baby sister, into the family. I highly recommend EA of Buford to anyone looking to send a unique gift!

Should be zero stars since I never received my delivery, even though the seller assured me before closing that it was on the way. Three hours later and still no arrangement. Very expensive and embarrassing. Read the reviews; don’t be like me

I received an email for a free dipped cone and decided to try it out. I was given 5 pieces of fruit dipped in chocolate. Three out of the 5 pieces were old pieces of fruit dipped in chocolate and were definitely not edible. I would not actually pay to send old fruit dipped in chocolate to anyone. No thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Edible Arrangements! The fruit was incredibly fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered right on time. It made such a perfect gift — both stunning to look at and delicious to enjoy. The staff was also super friendly and helpful when I placed my order. I’ll definitely be coming back for future celebrations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique and thoughtful gift

I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Edible Arrangements. I placed an order well in advance for a Valentine’s Day delivery for my wife, expecting a special surprise for her on such an important day. Not only was the arrangement never delivered, but the way I was treated when I called to address the issue was completely unacceptable.
When I reached out to inquire about my order, I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and confrontational. Rather than offering any kind of solution or even an apology, he continuously spoke over me, refusing to let me express my concerns. He was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
A company that specializes in delivering gifts for special occasions should understand the importance of timely service and respectful customer interactions. Instead, they failed on both fronts—not only ruining a Valentine’s Day surprise but also treating me with complete disregard when I simply wanted answers.
I will never be ordering from this location again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with an important occasion. If a business cannot handle the busiest day of the year with professionalism and respect, they do not deserve their customers’ trust. Absolutely unacceptable.

I recently placed an order for a flower arrangement along with a bundle of chocolates, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The only item that was delivered was the chocolate, and the flowers never arrived. I called multiple times to inquire about the delivery, but each call went to voicemail, and I never received a return call.
This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication. I will not be ordering from here again, and I would caution others about relying on their delivery service.

Extremely Disappointed with Delivery and Customer Service
I recently placed an order that included a flower arrangement, a bundled chocolate, and flowers. Unfortunately, when my delivery arrived, the flowers were missing. I reached out multiple times to the customer service team, but every time I called, I was sent directly to voicemail with no return calls or resolution. Plus they delivered the package at the rong adres
It’s incredibly frustrating when you don’t receive the full order, and even more disappointing when customer service doesn’t respond. This experience has left me very dissatisfied, and I will think twice before ordering
