“Finally getting parts in was a bit frustrating, with a complete lack of communication from them in the beginning. However, I spoke with Armando the second time I stopped in and that made all the difference.Repair was made while I waited (charging port replacement) and was only about 90 minutes. Took the opportunity to check out other stores while the repair was being done.Four rather than five stars because of the issues at the beginning... but well satisfied with the job once Armando got involved.”

“So we ordered an airbag module reset, a pretensioner repair and a color change to crimson to our perfectly fine seatbelts. We ordered crimson, we received a confirmation for crimson and most importantly we paid for crimson. Everything came back fine except the seatbelts which they replaced…. with black. Ugh. The worst part is the communication. Spent 20 minutes on hold for a customer service rep only to be told someone would email us back.…..I’m revising my review. Prompt action on the mistake. Thanks for providing great service.”
