I went in for an overdue oil change today after a long day at work. Although I, admittedly, wasn’t in the best mood, Andra, my service technician, did a patient, thorough oil change service, and made me feel seen and heard. Sounds like such a silly thing, but he made my day with his positive attitude and flawless customer service.
