Chamberlain was very knowledgeable as well as helpful today when I visited the office. He assisted myself and my son on our journey of renting a storage space. I would definitely recommend this location as well as Chamberlain to help with your storage unit needs. Exceptional customer service.

All I can say is that Carla is one of the best customer service agents I’ve ever encountered. Long story short, I had a personal situation arise while at my unit and called customer service to see if the office manager could assist, even though it was a Saturday evening. Within five minutes, Carla and her wonderful husband showed up to help and completely resolved the issue. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and went above and beyond—even following up with a phone call afterward to make sure everything was okay.
I’ve never felt so genuinely cared for at any storage facility I’ve used (and I’ve used quite a few over the years). I highly recommend this location to anyone. You—and your belongings—will be in excellent hands
