I rented my unit at this location for years. Carla Wilson rented it to me, and also closed me out when I left. She was a pleasure over the years. Once when my credit card was compromised, I got a new number and forgot to change it with Extra Space, Carla actually called me before I received a late fee because she knew I never missed a payment. I was blessed by her kindness. The site is always clean. The gate is always in proper working condition. If I had to say one negative, it's kinda hard to get into, but only because of the median. Anyone who uses 20 on the regular is used to the traffic. I would highly recommend this site for storage!!!

The staff at the Buford location listen and are always friendly. The manager Carla goes above and beyond in helping a customer with their questions, problems, etc. I wish other companies would learn to teach good customer service skills. It’s because of this I will always use this storage company. And continue to use this specific location.
