I think they quite literally stole my package.
Pictures do not match up with my driveway or front door. And it looks like someone’s holding a coffee next to my package… not sure what happened but I hope they get what they deserve

Published phone number goes straight to an automated system that cannot understand very basic questions. All I wanted to know is the latest dropoff time for next-day-air shipments but no matter how I ask, the system just parrots the general business hours. There is no way to speak with a human being nor is the information available online.

Actually, I was very impressed with how friendly insight the staff inside the Dollar General which is where the drop off is located. I was greeted very warmly and helped very promptly. I am not much to review these storefront but this one really deserved a good rating!
