Don’t tell them what’s in the package. Anything of value could get stolen like my diamond necklace for my daughter did the girl clerk said what’s in the package get Insurance didn’t tell me it had to be signed received stole the diamond necklace as soon as I walked out, my daughter said there was no diamond necklace in the box She received. I called headquarters. They said it has to be signature guaranteed for the insurance to cover never tell them what in the box when they ask in other words never tell them the truth as long as it’s Nothing dangerous or illegal ? I did go back and confront the girl and she said it was probably the driver stole it. I haven’t used FedEx since I go to UPS now

Not only was my packages delivered to the wrong address but the wrong subdivision. Bad customer service when called.

I’m extremely disappointed with FedEx. I was not able to get any information about my package because, according to their policy, only the sender is allowed to contact them regarding delivery issues.
After nearly a month, I found out that the FedEx driver delivered my package to the wrong address. We went there ourselves and were told that someone had already taken the package.
The store refused to refund me because FedEx marked the package as delivered.
As a result, I was left without my package and without my money.
Be very careful when using FedEx — there is no real customer support, no responsibility, and no help if something goes wrong

It’s nice to walk into a business and be greeted and Jasson offered his assistance right when we walked in (2:30 PM). Gave us all options (times and prices) of getting envelope delivered as soon as possible to a small town in Oklahoma. Was told “by 5pm tomorrow”. It arrived around noon. Great service. We had been at UPS prior to FedEx and they weren’t friendly, more expensive, and uninterested in assisting us. Breath of fresh air. Thanks.

Went into store about 30 minutes before closing. Was helped by the manager I think(heavy set Caucasian woman). She was friendly and showed me how to use the printer to get copies from my USB drive.

Literally less than 6 minutes or less. And Jason was very polite and friendly.
Most of these places they are rushing or can care less about friendly service or to just share a smile.
This location is my choice for now on for delivering my packages to friends, family and my business.
Plenty of parking and a clean lot. Thank you🙏🏾!

I needed items printed for an interview. I had been to two UPS stores prior to my stop here; one was not open and the other had issues printing. I came into FedEx Buford and was met by Brooke. She could tell my anxiety was high (at no fault of her own). Brooke was beyond helpful, took care of my needs, and wished me luck at my interview.
I wanted to thank Brooke for her time and patience. I got the job!

Walked in to have some new company signs made, & mail some stuff. Amber the assistant manager was very helpful, informative, & professional. It didn’t take long at all I was very happy with her assistance and how fast it all was. 🙌😁

Called and told order was ready. Get to store and order isn’t even started. Wait 30 minutes for the laminator to heat up because it wasn’t even on — at 1:30 in the afternoon. Horrible customer service. Never again.
