Came with every intention of getting a pair of shoes. Even found another pair I was interested in as well. Left the store empty handed. Staff makes you feel like an idiot for wanting to simply try on a pair of shoes. The size I think I need is sitting on display and I can’t even touch the thing. I need to wait for someone to get around to bringing me one shoe out of a pair to try on. Not sure who makes the ridiculous policies at this store, but no thanks. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I didn't get what I needed. I wanted to exchange my daughter's shoes for another size. After waiting over 10 minutes for an employee to help, i asked if they had a size 4. He looked at the display shoe in my hand and said he has a 4.5, which i was obviously aware of. He didn't bother checking otherwise. I'll try another location and hopefully get better assistance.

Worst customer service ever! Waited 25 minutes before someone finally got to me about the shoes I needed. When they finally brought them out, they brought the wrong shoes, TWICE. I let the employee know it was the incorrect shoe and both times I got a hateful look as if it was my fault. Never shopping here again!

Customer service is worse i have never see if you guys shop from this store it's not easy to return evelyn make many reasons to not help you... i will never shop this store anymore because of her attitude...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No management is needed at this location. I bought a pair of sneakers for my kids i noticed at the register that the sneakers were dirty. When i ask could I get something off, the cashiers both gave a stupid look at say we dont think she is going to do anything. The other cashier was like we will clean the bottom of the sneaker for you. They took the sneakers whike i checked out. They give me the sneakers right back dirty. Than i asked another guy to check to see if they had another pair, he said no so i said can you clean them the guy look at the dirty sneaks and says so what do you want me to do about it . I said where is your manager he said im the store manager. Honestly he should not be i. Customer service. They need to rehire employees in this store. Selling dirty sneakers and making rude comments! THEY NEED A LESSON ON CUSTOMER AND EDUCATION! Shop online until they hire better employees

I usually don’t waste time writing negative reviews, but this place is hands down the worst to shop at. I wish I had read reviews before I went in and save me the bad experience. This place seems to be run by entitled brat teenagers.Rude cashiers, associates. It took me over 30 mins to get a pair of shoes I already knew I wanted for my son, because nobody would help, and when I finally flagged two people, I was encountered with responses like “chose something else, we don’t have that” even though I was holding the size I was requesting. She then said “we can’t find the box” and walked away from me. After I chased her and asked her for the next number, she went and grabbed them and told me “alright, get in line” I said “can I please see them first”?”When I went to pay one of the cashiers asked the other one to help me and she say “no, I am good you got it” and turned her back on me.I spoke briefly to the three managers at the entrance, who were actually really nice and apologized, but why do they have 3 people hanging out at the door, and not making sure their employees are actually doing their job?The company won’t go broke without my business, but obviously, that’s the first and last time I shop there. I would have walked away within the first 10 mins, but my son really wanted those shoes.

I am extremely dissatisfied and lacking motivation to shop with your company again as a new and hopeful customer. The service I received from the manager at the mall of Georgia location was the worst I have ever experienced. Despite placing an order online, when I arrived at the store three hours later, my order was not prepared. Frustrated, I took the merchandise from the rack and approached the manager to inquire about my order. Instead of promptly assisting me, he proceeded to canceling my order. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they failed to take any action to make me feel valued as a customer. This level of unacceptable service has discouraged me from considering future shopping with your company.
