ZERO STARS. worst service I have ever seen. Tired to get my alignment done 3 times and with each time they would take forever, do it wrong and mess up my car. Two weeks ago I got it fixed somewhere else and the car was working fine, I bring it to them, they take a whole day and half to get the alignment done and it wasn’t even done right. The car is not balanced, keeps swerving, unsafe to drive and a check engine light came up. They are purposely damaging my car.

The worst, most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. RUN as fast as you can away from this place. They are crooks, and liars! The work they said they performed was a complete lie. That lie cost me $3200 in the end at another place. Their integrity is one to be extremely questioned. I wonder how many other customers they have done the same thing; not performing the work they said or charged. If you want to save money and keep your car, I suggest you stay far away from the place. Lastly, the so called “manager”, is also one to be questioned. I’ve never had a “manager” be so disrespectful by calling me Mama. If I could I would give them 0 stars.
I’m only posting this to save others from the horrific experience I’ve had.

Don’t waste your time and money. On Thursday, 6/20, my son accidentally put Diesel gas in his car. I looked for an open mechanic shop and came across this Buford location. I went to that location around 6:30 asking if I could have the car towed there and explained the situation. The technician who helped me, took my information and said they would work on the car in the morning (Friday 6/21) and would possibly have it completed around noon or soon after. I did not have an issue with this given that I brought the car in last minute. Throughout the day, I received no updates and called several times to check in. Finally around 6:30pm on Friday, they called and said the car was ready. We drove up there to get the car, they explained that they emptied the tank and cleaned the fuel pump filter, and drove it to check it. We went out to start the car and it immediately made a vibrating sound. We shut it off immediately and told the guy checking us out (David), that it was not ready and it needs more work. We asked them to please do a flush or fuel injection cleaning. David said they would take care of it Saturday morning (6/22). I never received and update on Saturday. I finally called around 5pm and they said the car was ready on Friday. I explained that no, it was not and that more work was supposed to be done. They went out to check the car and said that it was definitely not ready. He apologized and said there was a miscommunication and that the head technician would be back on Monday, 6/24, and the manager will also be in. On Monday, 6/24, I went up to Firestone at 7am to ask that the car be their priority for the morning and that. Chris said he was the manager at this location and I explained the situation and asked that it be the priority due to the miscommunication; he agreed. At 9:30am, I stopped back by and realized another car was being worked on. Chris said that that car would not take long and that my car would be next. At 2:45pm, my wife called for an update. Chris said that they had not gotten to my car as of yet and that when his technician came back from lunch he would start on it. During the discussion between Chris and my wife, Chris called her “mama”; completely inappropriate. At 3:15, I stopped back by and realized not only had they not moved my car, but also saw another car being pulled in to be worked on. I asked for my keys and had the car towed to another mechanic shop.

Absolutely amazing! We were on the road with 4 kids in our van driving to a campsite. Van started shaking bad, Sunday at 1pm. Pulled off to Pep Boys, they would not fit us in even though we had bought new tires from them one day earlier in preparation of our trip. Mike Robb got the problem diagnosed and fixed before 5pm and back on the road. Nothing but professionalism and excellent service. Thank you so much. We will always be using Firestone in the future, a huge difference from Pep Boys service!

I wish I can give a 0 star. This is the worst Firestone place. I visited this place on Monday 05/20/2024 for getting my brake pads changed. They were installed by the same place in 2015 for $154 and they came with a life time warranty for parts. They were supposed to replace the broken brake pads with labor costs. I got a quote from Beaver Toyota for $230 for brake pad replacement. But, since they are already covered under life time warranty at firestone, i returned to this place. After removing the tires, they claimed that rotors need to be replaced and ripped me off for 480$. They changed the VIN number on the bill payment I paid so that I cant complain to corporate. They did not send me a soft copy of the bill either which would make it difficult for me to report to corporate. I will anyways proceed and report to corporate. They gave me a quote with correct VIN number. But, for the bill payment, they used some random number. The warranty for rotors is also not applicable because of this. My advise after this ripoff is to stay away from this place and save your money. I will also contact the corporate so that they can give a justification for their service and cancel the license of this firestone store.
Update on 06/09/2024: I did send the email on 05/31 as requested with the receipt copy and all needed information . But, no action was taken or no acknowledgment was given .

I constantly have exceptional customer service experiences at this location. The young man that operates the front is outstanding and really a rare entity nowadays. Very happy with this location and highly recommend.
