For the past seven years I’ve added several modifications to my 4Runner from lift, to head lights, as well as my regular maintenance. And every project is done perfectly and always on time. I recently bought a Stinger Heigh10 radio for my wife’s Wrangler JL after having seen one in another Jeep that was traded in where I work. I ordered it from Amazon and installed it myself. Half of it worked, half of it didn’t, most importantly was it had no sound. I called Flat Out Auto Accessories asking for help. It wasn’t their installation, it wasn’t their issue, but they took care of it like it was their own. They honored my appointment with them, quickly found the issue because they deal with these radios regularly, and even took the time to perform a software update on the radio. Friendly, professional, transparent, and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend these folks. Thank you again!!

Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, transparent and a fair price.
These guys know their stuff!!!! After dealing with 3 other shops that could not get my Tundra driving how it should, within 24 hours of them having my truck……. it rides like it’s brand new now!!!!! Not even the Mrs has a complaint, (that’s a miracle lol)
When you ask them a question they truly nerd out like I do in my profession and share their wealth of knowledge, educating you on what you’ve inquired about. I spoke with three different individuals and it was like listening to an audio version of the Chiltons repair guide.
They pointed out a few things that we need to keep an eye on to protect my investment that neither of the other shops had mentioned. Was not an attempt to upsale in anyway, in fact they requested we drive it a couple weeks and bring it back for a feee inspection to verify.
Price point they were right in the middle. In my opinion they should be one of the higher priced shops for the very knowledgeable service writers and professional techs completing the installation/repairs. I’m trying to figure out how they have hired so many industry leading employees in one place for my own company!!
You can take your ride here, send your wife, mom, whomever and know they are going to get transparent, honest, and fair treatment by a group that truly prides themself on helping you with your auto needs. I’m trying to come up with new upgrades just to take my truck back now that I have found the best in the area.

Nick and the guys at Flat Out replaced the head unit in my 14 Silverado. It surpassed my highest hope. In fact, it looks so good you would think it came that way. As far as I am concerned there is no reason to go anywhere else for aftermarket auto bling.
