Joe M was amazing at the Buford location, he helped me so much. Any time I come in he’s so helpful and amazing! Everyone at this store is great. Rachael Scott from pro also helped me. This store is incredible.

Rachel, a designer, was the first person that met me when I walked in the door offering her help. She was fantastic! Together we immediately chose tile for two bathroom remodels! I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with her!
Back at delivery to pick up for one bathroom, my contacts, originally from Kenya and Uganda, advised not hauling in my low to the ground Honda Civic. I was so grateful for their concern! Not realizing, I may have damaged my car had they not stopped me.
I recommend the Buford location to any one looking for great customer support and tile on site!!!

I have been coming to this location for quite some time never had a problem till tonight. Thalia at the cash register…… super rude to the point I had to walk away. Snatched the receipt out of my husband’s hand just the look she gave us the moment we asked for help. The layout to the store is amazing and to the sweet gentleman at the door he was nice and welcoming but the managers really need to talk to this staff and maybe talk to her about her customer service.

Everything a great service. Flor and the court is always higher standard on the Customer. I always receive very high levels service and I always recommended Flor as a contractor and my company, Gary Remodeling very Girl. Grateful and I have to point it out my assistant Kennedie was great service

We had a design appt today at 1:45 pm with Aashi Alanni. Once we drove out of the way and in mall traffic, we were informed she didn’t come into work today. No one called or emailed to let us know or reschedule the appt. This is a really poor way to do business. Complete waste of our day.

Somewhat overwhelming selection, but staff are ready and willing to get your project started. I was looking for lower end countertops though, and I really want to find some matt finish terrazo looking sheet vinyl.

Went to this location to pick up a tile order. Was initially met with subpar service from the guy who works the pick up order desk, who offered no assistance with getting my tile order to my car. While attempting to get the tile to my car, a representative named Gregory came out to offer assistance. He made sure I could safely get the tile loaded into my car without damaging the product or hurting myself. I am extremely thankful for his customer service and initiative. If my review was based on his service only, it would be 5 stars.
