Went in and asked for help getting shoes in my size and they acted like it was a bother to help. Ended up having to go to the front counter and all the employees were PURPOSELY ignoring me and others that were standing there needing help. Was forced to walk out and not get what I wanted. Never experienced anything like this at this mall. So disrespectful and I was ready to buy shoes today. Foot locker will never be getting my money. Train your employees decent respect if you want business.

First time in this mall, so idk it closed at 8 & it wasn't Sunday. ???♀️??♀️
We came in about 7:45 ish; the staff was attentive, friendly, and happy to help.
I can appreciate being greeted as I enter the store, left alone, then shortly after asking if I need help.
They did just that. ❤️??
No one rushed us, nor did anyone act as if we were holding them up from going home after a long day.
Adrian patiently watched me run around trying to hurry up & pick a shoe because I had no idea the Mall closed so early. I actually went to the mall to see Bad Boys.

I love to compliment good customer service because it is very hard to find these days.
The store was well stocked and cleaned with multiple reps to assist.
Foot Locker has always been my 1-stop sneaker shop!
Never disappoint.

Waited 20 minutes for one person to get 10 people shows while all the other employees were standing in the front of the store talking. Walked out of the store and will not be purchasing shoes from them. I was willing to drop $500 on a pair of shoes.

Just wanted to say this Footlocker is awesome. They helped me find a shoe that I couldn’t find. I went to several stores. They were they only ones to take the time to check inventory and help me. A++ they set the standard.
