the employee was rude and demanded us to leave the dressin room, while we were still in there she was slamming everything and almost causing a injury for us. makes me never wanna go here again.

Worst customer service ever rude associates who don’t speak to you worried about putting out inventory instead of customers. So online lets you order things and they don’t even have it on the floor so they won’t go look for it so don’t bother ordering online cause they lazy

Decent customer service. No one likes their job at the mall, and you shouldn’t expect them to. I actually appreciated the fact that they left me alone to do my shopping.. Now. The racks.. Way overcrowded. The amount of stuff I knocked onto the floor just by barely touching a dress or shirt.. It made it so stressful looking at things. It’s hard to find anything in the store. Don’t go in there looking for something you saw on their website. You won’t find it.

The Forever 21 store manager in this area is a trained and licensed robber. I used to return goods in a similar situation: the manager in the store bullied those Asian customers who were not fluent in English. The customer deliberately hid the original publication when returning the goods, and then when the customer asked to return the goods, he did not return the original publication or only returned half of the original price, and the other half swallowed it alone. Therefore, tell everyone not to pay in cash when shopping in this store in the future, but with your own bank credit card, so that they can‘t cheat you.

I worked here and i wouldn't recommend it if you decided to work here. it's a very hostile environment. refused to let me quit. would yell at me and my previous coworker in front of customers or other coworkers. talk down on us. and would fire us if expressed our concerns.

one girl at the register. didnt say hi, checked out my things. i even say thank you and she ignores me. didnt say one word and had a baaad attitude. strangest encounter. how did she even get hired. u gotta be whole new low trashy person to treat a stranger like that. customer service has gotten so so bad lately. and that shouldnt be normal.

I needed a crossbody purse to carry with me on a trip. I called Forevever 21 MOG which is nearby to see if they had any left, before I drove to Atlantic Station. Rocelle looked up the exact item I needed and told me they had one left in the MOG store. She was very helpful. When I went in to get the purse, she was busy organizing the floor, however she said hello. Priscilla checked me out. She was very nice as well. Rocelle was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me during the Christmas season. I know what retail is like during the busy Christmas season. You get calls about inventory while trying to check people out, keep the store looking nice, help people who are actually in the store find merchandise. Great job Forever 21 at MOG!

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I used to LOVE coming here. I would literally drive 30 minutes just to come to this location but, know it has definitely gotten bad with these new hires. I’m not sure if they are new or not but it was my first time seeing them today. They were so rude and did not want to do their job. I walked up to the counter asking for help to find a piece I wanted and the three girls that was just there talking instead of working, looked at me with such disgust. She made it seem as if I was bothering her by simply asking if there was a large in what I needed. She told me that I might as well just go to plus size since what I wanted couldn’t be found downstairs. I tried to ask another question but before I could she turned away as if to tell me to leave her alone. The other workers were no where to be seen. I can’t believe this store is seriously being run like this. The cashier was also extremely rude. She had time to talk with her coworkers while ignoring the people in the line but, did not have time to talk to the customer standing in front of her. She couldn’t even be bothered to say hi.

Rude and lazy crew. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes browsing through items and neatly putting stuff I picked up back while the store was A MESS, then an employee came up to me and told me to make sure I fold the clothes back nicely as if I made the mess that was already there. tall male (or female?) was completely condescending while telling a customer to DO THEIR JOB, not only that but the employee went right back to hanging with the other workers at the front desk instead of working!!

Lazy crew. They stand around the register or float around the store to avoid working. The only male the chunky one has a terrible attitude and the employee with the purple wig does absolutely nothing but acting like she’s doing busy work. The only 2 people working is the girl with curly blonde hair and kelsey the rest of the crew need to go.

Everyone knows this store is ALWAYS a mess. It can be overwhelming to search through the clothes. Store is always so unorganized and so many stashed run backs from the fitting rooms. Music was so loud I could barely hear my sisters advice on some of the pieces I found over the phone. Waiting in line was annoying but only to find out the cashier Kenyor was on his phone texting and trying to check folks out. Which made it even more annoying. Also they should be telling customers about final sale items during check out time. They used to be really good about that.

Very Rude young lady working in the dressing room.She told me I could not go in with my 12 year old daughter who needed to try on dresses. I said ok and stepped back. Then she let a lady and her daughter go in together. I didn’t say anything. My daughter then calls me from the dressing room saying she needed help. I went in to help her and shut the door. The young girl knocks on the door and tells me I need to leave. I said no there are 2 people over there you let in I am staying and I shut the door. She yelled I needed to leave and she was going to get her manager. I said ok go get them.We came out and she didn’t have her manager. She then tells me to leave and not come back. I went and asked for the manager. The managers came out I explained what happened and they never apologized but said maybe she didn’t know this was your daughter because you look so young! We left and we won’t be back. I work hard for my money and I will spend it where I am treated fairly.

yesterday an employee was very rude she was with a friend on the second floor and she brought us down in a very rude way because according to her we couldn't be there it was 6:30 and there were more people but she only forced us to go down, the store is really disgusting very messy always to be in a mall like the mall in georgia it really looks more like a flea market than a store because of how messy it is

The WORST ! Yesterday I am buying a ton of stuff yet still looking around. I ask the girl at the front to hold the stuff while I continue to shop. Come back a few minutes later to purchase , and everything was put away. There is now a different guy at the front and he is nice enough to go grab what he could find but there were still a few things I wanted to buy that were missing. I was ready to go at that point and didn’t feel like searching the store for it . I leave , get home , only to find out that there are things that I was actually rung up for, that are not in my shopping bag and sensors still on clothes! I live over 45 minutes away and I’m told over the phone that I’d have to come back to get refunded for the stuff that wasn’t put in my bag! Staff needs to be trained how to properly ring up large quantities at a time . There is no reason why there should be items missing from my bag becauseI’m sure it was pushed to the side and he missed putting it in one of the bags . Also - take the sensors off !
