“I have to say, the “Twice as Nice” policy at Aldi is great - “If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any product, we will gladly replace the product AND refund your money.” I recently was not satisfied with a food item and had to bring it back and not only got a replacement for the item but also got a full refund back! I have to say I was very skeptical at first, just make sure to look for this label (pic attached). Policies like this help Aldi stand out and I wish more business establishments would have policies like this. It is sad that the customer service has gotten so bad recently for many other businesses in the area. Thank you Aldi, keep up the great work!”
“Good prices. Not a huge fan of Wish farms produce. Strawberries seem to rot and grow fuzz in a couple of days sometimes. I'm not an idiot. I know how to store them and I don't live that far from the store so it could be how Aldis is storing them or the trucks they come in on.”
