Cute clothing but bad attitude from the vibes off rip. I was asked if I need help and I said no . 2 orf following / closely watching and mins later I’m picking up pieces that I like and get asked again by another , I say no. Then again not even 5 mins later , someone’s ask. To hold my stuff … like okay at that point I just put everything down and left. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. Especially when no one else is getting the same treatment .

STEPHANIE IS AMAZING!!!!! I came in at the last minute and she gave me so many options and helped me put together an entire outfit in like 10 minutes and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was very patient, knowledgeable & has a great sense of style. And now I have my outfit!!!

This store should be shut down. The Management is incompetent and rude and so disrespectful!Me and my daughter came into the store. No one asked if we needed help. They continue to talk and play around like this isn’t a place of employment. Then once I confronted them, they decided they want to tell me to leave very disrespectful. I wouldn’t buy or sport a business that treat their patrons like that. She said she was a Manager black top maybe of Hispanic descent named Mari at least she sad that was her name!She was horrible and my daughter left in tears from the way we were treated. We will never return and as a fellow business owner, I would suggest people take their money elsewhere.

I love that store and most of the time I’m there, the employees are nice but today there was this one young teenage employee that was wearing a yellow tube top with jeans who was just simply rude. I was in line with a friend ready to check out and then this family decided to go look at the accessories and when the young employee finally came to the register the family put their stuff down to check out. I simply told the employee that my friend and I were here first and she just rudely said that somebody else will come.

I went to garage a couple days ago for the first time and I personally had a fantastic experience at Garage The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed especially one of the staff member in particular named Mari did a phenomenal job at making sure I felt welcome and attending my needs she was very friendly and helpful and I hope that if you go you get the chance to be helped by her . The store was well-organized and stocked, Prices were fair, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at this store. I was trying on clothes, and there was a line forming, but the girl working near the dressing rooms wasn’t helping at all. She was on her phone, hiding in the back, and not paying attention to the customers coming in and out. It felt like she wasn’t interested in doing her job. When I finally needed assistance, I had to ask another girl in a dark gray jacket who wasn’t even supposed to be helping, and she stepped in and helped me instead. It’s frustrating when the person responsible doesn’t do their job, and someone else has to pick up the slack. Definitely not the kind of service I was expecting

THE STAFF IN THIS STORE ARE SO RUDE!, and also they do not know nothing about the store. Those girls need some manners, that’s what they need. I went today to pick up an order that they never ever knew about. I told one of the blonde girls, and I was waiting for the answer back and she never ever told me what was going on until I asked her again, which I consider so disrespectful knowing I was waiting there the whole time, and she knew I was there. Those clothes are not cheap, and they treat you with such disrespect

My sister and I went to this Garage and asked a worker if something was in stock, which sadly was not. My sister returned the next day to buy the item for me as a surprise after checking the app (which said the item was available in store). However, the same employee RUDELY asked her “Didn’t I tell you this yesterday?” Employees should be willing to answer customer questions regardless of their own opinion. This completely ruined the shopping experience for us at this location for Garage.

I went with my girlfriend and was hoping for the best. Even though the clothes are really cute the largest size they had on the floor for pretty much everything was a small. I wish I was over exaggerating there was maybe 3 things we saw that went up to a medium or large. Im gonna give the store the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe corporate needs to send more sizing options if the larger sizes are selling out so quickly. But it was just hugely dissatisfying as again the clothes are very cute styles it just felt like they were saying “yes we are cute but not for someone your size”

The Staff here are extremely RUDE including the manager Aerial. I don’t know why they have the feeling of entitlement when there job is to provide customer service. I asked for the general managers number which I called and left a voicemail but I’m pretty sure the manager here gave me the wrong number because I have yet to hear back from anybody. These girls didn’t even want to open a fitting room for me and I was the only person in the store. They were so Nasty like who do you really think you are ? Just because you weigh a 100 doesn’t give you the right to act like everybody’s beneath you. Your credit score isn’t high enough and you don’t make enough $ to act like you are a Boss or better than ANYBODY ?!! Please somebody do something to these horrible horrible employees/fake-managers….. This occurred on 3/17 about 6ish. I would appreciate if somebody would reach out regarding this because it’s not the first time this has happened with these employees/rude nasty manager don’t even know how she could be considered as manager material !

they have a funny way of running their businesss I will NEVER spend a dollar here ever again. spent a lot of money at this store. I get home and a Skirt I purchased doesn't fit. I STILL have the receipt. I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the proper size. The person at the desk told me I can't exchange for my Correct size because i removed the tag from the skirt. what does a tag matter if I still have my receipt . so now I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit while "garage " profits off my coin and won't allow me to get the correct size. Scam.
