This review comes about 10 years late, at first, I did not want to leave the review because I do not like to be berate businesses in general especially if there is a chance that the poor service was just an anomaly. All these years later this shop is still on my mind and after coming across the business on my Google map and reading some reviews I thought it was not too late to share.
Here is the story, my daughter purchased a used 2005 BMW X3. When we went and looked at it from the private owner, there were no diagnostic codes, I know because I have my own code scanner. It test drove fine so we bought it and drove the car home about 30 miles. No problems. Drive the car around town a few times within the next few days, no problems.
The car had a damaged back door and before we fixed anything cosmetic, I thought it would be wise to take it to a shop and just make sure that the vehicle had nothing major wrong with it for extra peace of mind before bodywork.
Brought the vehicle in and they took it back out of into a bay.
A short while later we received the news and a ridiculously expensive quote. They said we had a “pending fault code” and that the check engine light may come on soon and when it does it will need A,B and C to repair it… They got that right because the light came on within 500 yards of the shop.
I got home and scanned for codes, I and got some vacuum leak codes. I had already worked on my older 3 series and was familiar with the lousy vacuum/air intake issues and the process to maintain/replace the system.
In my own garage, I removed the air intake and looked down into the engine bay and saw the smaller hose attachment of the air intake boot was not attached, unattached actually, it was removed as in “yanked” from where it attaches with a clamp. A strong enough yank and the clamp will not hold.
This is something a person can do in 10 seconds without tools if they know where to reach and grab. Sure enough that would throw a code but still let the vehicle remain drivable. A very clever sabotage of I do say so myself.
I Re-attached the boot, never fixed the body damage and she sold the car a few months later because she’d hated it anyway.
That was the last time I ever took any of my vehicles to a mechanic shop, I have since maintained all family’s vehicles myself and have avoided being robbed, I almost want to thank them for turning me into a seasoned DIYer as I now have zero trust in any shop anywhere.

We have been bringing our Porsche 911 and BMW 650 I to Yuri and Jelena for several years now and I’ve never been disappointed. In fact, I can even call them with questions and they will take the time to answer them for me. We will continue using them when we need repairs or routine maintenance.

Yuri and his great team do an awesome job in keeping all my vehicles repaired & maintained. I've trusted & used their Family-Owned business for over 12 years. Yuri has always been honest and fair priced on my repairs, much cheaper than the Dealer pricing for the same job. Thx for the great service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have taken my bmw x5 to them anytime ive had issues and he has always been able to fix it. True master of his craft. Also advised me the best option not the most profitible. Very professional and straightforward pricing. European cars aren’t cheap to fix but it’s refreshing to find a service shop you can trust when spending that kind of money.

Brought my *** in to change a turbo coolant line, valve cover gasket and water pump. Get the car back with no ac, windshield wiper pump broke, needs wheel alignment, crooked steering wheel, and scratched up bumper. Thats not all. They used the green antifreeze in my car when I brought the blue one myself and gave it to them. Also car was 2 quarts of oil down when I brought them 7 quarts of liquid *****.I spent a lot of money at this place with multiple vehicles, and always have to bring them back to fix what they messed up. Im done, too much money spent for crappy work. Something like the wrong anti-freeze will mess these cars up bad and causes a bunch of new problems! Stay away.

Our neighbor who owns Bentley’s, and Lamborghinis recommended Yuri at global auto center. Told me that he trusted them with all of his exotic cars and would not take his cars anywhere else.We had work done on our 2017 Cayenne which saved us thousands of dollars over the Porsche dealership. The work was done quickly and correctly. They have done work on our BMW as well and I will bring my 911 turbo to have some work done soon. Don’t go to a dealership- try global out. Excellent shopServices: Brakes
