I visited the store today and I experienced the worse customer service from a cashier name DEBORAH she was extremely rude and unprofessional and nasty altitudes she should never been dealing with customers , she should be working in back OR fired but not at the front counter .
But what really surprised me is I went thru couple reviews and almost every customer is complaining about her . AND NOBODY FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT OR OWNER IS DOING A DAMN THING.
IT A SHAME THAT GOODWILL ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPENED ON DAILY BASIS.

Very messy store. Looks like a lawsuit ready to happen. Staff member walked right past it like it was normal.

This place hasn't had dressing rooms open since 2020 due to COVID. Enough is enough. Also the prices are ridiculous $8.99 for a tank top I can get at Walmart for $6.
I stopped all my donations to them. I used to donate all my Victoria Secret/ Pink clothing to them. I currently have 10 pairs of Nike collectables sneakers 2 pairs of air force one and air Jordans .Jordan 17 Retro Low All-Star Lightning. Very desirable. Levi jeans clothing from H&M Halara, PacSun Forever 21 and Fashion nova..
Your loss Goodwill

deborah at the register was extremely rude to my MOTHER who was nothing but nice. she made her carry the stool she picked out BEHIND THE COUNTER. she made fun of the stool AND made her pay for it when she asked if deborah could put it behind the counter TO HOLD IT while we finished shopping. will never come back here. pic of awesome stool included

All of the other employees were very kind and helpful except for one. Deborah’s rude, wannabe bully self needs to be fired. I’ve been a paying customer at this location for YEARS and NEVER have I ever had a checkout experience as terrible as my experience with her at the register. Just rude, loud, and wrong about “holding up her line” after I wanted to leave for a moment to retrieve my refund credit gift card from my car that I wanted to use the remaining balance of toward my total of 2 items I shopped for and chose to spend MY own money on (ONE person was behind me mind you, and even if there was a rush there was another cashier working a couple lanes down from her checking people out faster and with less attitude anyway). After getting back in under a literal minute, she has the nerve to say “you held up my line for this?” to which I turn around, saw ZERO people in line behind me, and went “what line?” then suddenly she starts backtracking and saying “I’m just joking” because she saw my face drop and knows I’m not the one to play silly games with. I was in a good mood before this but at this point I’m annoyed so I keep the conversation to a minimum, and finish checking out.
I walked into the store from the start with my totebag that had a small mascot plush keychain on it, yet as I’m leaving, she calls out to me as I’m almost out the door. Thinking she left something and forgot to give it to me, I meet her halfway only for her to loudly insinuate that I was trying to steal a “stuffed animal” to which I loudly and quickly rebutted with “you mean MY keychain that I brought with me into the store in the first place?” and showed her clearly that had NO goodwill tags and was securely clipped onto my bag as it was when I first walked in. No apology or anything after that either, she just goes “oh ok” quietly and stares at me dumbfounded as if it shook her entire world that her rotten ego is there for nothing & she could be loud and wrong at least once in her life. For someone so uptight about checkout, you’d think she knew all about the inventory they sell at the store. Go figure! 0/10 service and I recommend that everyone avoid her at all costs.

Im leaving this goodwill a one star and i don’t ever get on goggle to leave reviews… regardless of the condition of the store it is all very organized and a great selection don’t get me wrong but aside from all of that being good the only thing that really pissed me off was the cashier who checked me out today!! her name was Deborah she was so rude and her attitude was the worst!! She told me to take the hangers off MY items which I don’t mind. but her tone addressing that to me made me not want to remove the hangers… which is kind of odd but I don’t ever mind taking the hangers off!! but last time I checked that’s a cashiers job not a customers. 2nd one of the tickets on the jeans I was going to purchase had fell off she told me “where is the tag” I look at her in confusion as I had checked before I got to the register if all the items I was going to purchase had a tag and they did!! She finds the pair of jeans it had fell from and then goes on to tell me in such a sassy ass tone “oh u can get them but u can’t return them” as if she didn’t rip it off when she had took my items from me because I simply didn’t take the hangers off… so now I’m pissed and my face drops from being friendly to just being serious LAST and final thing I proceed to pay and grab my bag she drops it on the counter I’m looking at her as if my hand isn’t on the counter it’s out waiting to grab the bag right!! She looks at me and the bag so I snatch the bag obviously because I’m going to match her attitude at this point and I’m walking out she has the nerve to speak out loud to me and tell me “ugly ass attitude” as if she wasn’t the one who initiated this whole mess so yeah in conclusion if u come across a Deborah just know she’s going to give you an attitude or attack you for no reason worst costumer service ever for my first goodwill visit at this location!!!

The prices are messed up here. Supporting you guys is one thing. But I found severe items well over what they should be foe example a fishtail in the toy island d was .arked for $15 i could buy it new for cheeper. Found a set of glasses with the riss price tag still on it for 7.99 and your asking $9. The shirts should only be like $3, and you sell them for $6. All the inventory you get is free so the markups don't make sense. Your not good will anymore it's greedwill

The manager at the Sardis Church Church facility was confrontational and on a power trip when I just wanted my $50 water bottle that my daughter accidentally gave them. There's no way they do that in the trash and we knew the person who told her she couldn't have it back. I asked for them to contact the employee and check the film and they refused and call the cops on me for apparently disrupting their operation. All I was doing was doing their job and asking employees if they had seen the water bottle my daughter left. What a letdown of leadership and accountability. At least I expected an apology and maybe a kind gesture but all I got was the cops called on me when I continued to stay in the facility. I expected to hear sir. Will do everything we can to find your water bottle. If our employee took it, we'll find out and get it back to you. That did not happen.

Greediest goodwill I've been too. Charge the most for crap donated items. Even trying to charge for usps padded envelops which is illegal. They had a stack of 20 or 30 and were actually priced individually.
