For the lower level (in the food court) location... Melissa (asst mgr) did an AMAZING job making my sons 4th birthday cake super special. She was extremely helpful and patient while we ordered the cake (a soon to be 4 year old wants very specific details and has the attention span of a gnat!). We did not order from one of their pre-designed cakes, and she simply said she would make sure it was great. When I picked it up and showed him, he lost his mind! It was perfect and really made his day wonderful. Thank you so much Melissa!! This is the perfect example of how customer service should be! Thanks for making us feel like family. ?

I ordered the biggest cookie cake you can get online around 9:30 AM (They let you order before open) and was able to pick it up at 12:30 PM. The staff was friendly and outgoing. The cookie was delicious and the decor looked great!

Awful experience here took my 2 kids to get cookies and a something to drink. Was given a drink with about 90% ice in 2 sips it was empty. I inquired about a refill and was told NO. Upset I asked for a manager, the manager was very dismissive and appeared to be bothered. I advised her of the amount of ice in the cup and said that is a rip off as it is not stated anywhere they offer no refills. She simply looked at the cup and looked at my in silence very disrespectful. Not only am I disappointed in the way they do business and CHEAT people out of hard earned money but the lack of customer service was the worst I have experienced. Will NOT ever go back to any branch and will warn all my friends of family members

Hello, I've been the general manager of the upper level GAC in the mall of Georgia for 2 years, and have been with the company for over 5 years. Melody has never worked for us, and her review is false. As Bryce had mentioned in his rebuttal towards Melody's comment, we take pride in the cleanliness of our stores, and would never allow such things go on in our work place. Our Georgia department of agriculture scores reflect that. See attachments below for more information.

Hello, I'm one of the managers at here at GAC. The review Melody Kanik left us is all false information. If any of our cookies get touched by hand or touch the ground, shelf etc. they immediately get thrown away. As for the brownie knife goes, that is also a lie. We have special scrapers for removing anything on the floor. Also, we do not have mold at GAC, we take pride in the cleanliness of our store. Our policy for sick employees are: if prescribed medication, they must be on that for a minimum of 24 hours. If any employee comes in sick, they are sent home immediately, so that he/she does not spread germs to cookies or people. The GAC family hopes that Melody's innacurate review will not prevent you from coming to our store. You will be more than pleased with the tastiness, cleanliness, and niceness of our store.

I worked here. One of the nastiest companies ever. Employees would drop cookies on the floor and serve them to customers as a common thing. If you really want to know how nasty they are, we used brownie knives to scrap the molds and crusts off the floor..Then we rinsed them with ONLY water and started cutting brownies again like nothing happened(this is what we were instructed to do). Also, since we were so understaffed apparently, someone who had strep throat(highly contagious and illegal to work if you have it) was forced to come in. There were no official policies, and they had 16 year olds as "managers." It's extremely nasty and a joke of a company.
