We love all the programs and the culture there, especially Performance and Fitness Kick Boxing. I stayed strong and in shape through out these years because of their amazing fitness programs. I had the opportunity to jump into Carmen's Fitness kick boxing class today and I have to say that I enjoyed it. The energy and the intensity of her class was fun, but also tough. It made me sweat and cry at the same time (in a good way, lol). Her workout had me constantly moving. It helps burns all the extra calories which is exactly what I needed. What a great 1 hour workout. I am coming back for more.”
