DO NOT deal with them if you looking to book the cargo van, they will make the reservation and you will never be able to call someone on that location and your reservation will be canceled in the day right before your pickup date.

I rented from this location multiple times now and have had great customer service along with good rentals each time. The staff is very accommodating.

The vehicle was in a very unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, as it was extremely dirty, and a thorough inspection was not conducted. The fob did not work! Consequently, some of my belongings were stolen. Despite being a long-standing Hertz customer, I found this experience to be highly unsatisfactory.

Car was in poor condition. Literally had electric tape around the steering wheel. They had no other Tesla near by that I could even swap out with. I thought I was being pranked! Only one person working the counter.

Nice experience in Buford Georgia with your staff named Bruce ver nice and accommodating answered all our needs and helped us with our rental extension. The lady with him is not very friendly and says no to everything.

Why make reservations you can’t keep!? It’s like sure we can rent you a car then nope don’t have it take the small one!? Showed up and they didn’t have anything remotely with what I rented. Person was like sorry. With no caring expression or concern. Thank goodness Enterprise around the corner got me taken care of with no notice. Never again hertz

Granted you guys are the only ones who had a vehicle the size we needed for our trip. We asked for it to be a little cleaner and we got a bit of attitude and I quote it’s a utility truck. In reality it’s a normal truck and there was a bed full of wet Sheetrock and Sheetrock dust in the cab. There was also used nicotine pouches on the dash. The truck itself is very nice it would just be nice if I didn’t have to clean it myself. Oh and when we asked if we could get it clean it’s obvious you just drove it around and came back and didn’t even attempt to clean because it just took a bit of effort to get it done just spray out the bed and vacuum the cab not hard. I also took pictures before hand if yall try to say something to us

Terrible experience at this Hertz branch. I reserved and booked (2) big SUV’s the day of pick-up said they had no cars available in their branch and that we needed to go to the airport. When we got to the airport the wanted to charge us $1000 more than original price when reserved. Please think it twice before doing business or renting a car with these people.

I booked online, and nowhere on the website did it mention that a credit check would be required to reserve a vehicle using a bank debit card. When I arrived at the rental location, my card was charged two separate deposits — one for $200 and another for $500 — both of which were approved, placing a $700 hold on my account.
After returning home, I called customer service to resolve the issue and request the release of one of the holds. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. I was promised a call back and given case number, but no one has followed up.
To make matters worse, the car I received was dirty — there were food and liquid stains on the console and smudges and fingerprints all over the doors.
This entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor communication, terrible customer service, and a lack of cleanliness. I will never rent from this company again
