So over this past weekend I placed an order for pick up at the Buford location. They sent me an email the next afternoon saying my order was canceled. I ordered 9 bags of sand as they were showing 29 in stock. So I was very confused how they cancelled my order and told me they were out of stock. I got in my truck and drove to the store and I found a whole PALLET and a half pallet of the sand they were claiming was out of stock. Just pure laziness on the employees part. Home Depot Buford has definitely lost a customer.

Was over charged for my purchase but after talking to Stephanie the store manager I was able to get a complete refund to my debit card. All the employees I spoke with while shopping & when I had to return for the refund were very polite & helpful.

I was getting pine straws but the cashier just left me there I waited more than 10 minutes but she never even got anyone to help me get it. she was just talking to someone else. When I asked the customer service about this they said that was for a different one and that it was actually CHARGED FOR A LARGER AMOUNT THEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO. Then I realized that I got scammed for extra dollars and she was also really rude to me and she even yelled at me a couple of times! I hope Home Depot does something about the lady cause that is no way to treat their customers like that. ?

I buy materials for my business from Home Depot daily. Today was the last day. Apparently Nancy thinks I’m an inconvenience because I can’t buy a full pallet of concrete. I already had materials loaded and a full pallet would have been pushing it. Don’t show up here thinking you matter as a customer.

Absolutely the worst experience, went in to buy a refrigerator, the guy in charge Mark was nowhere to be found, no one else knew anything about refrigerators, so I got out without one and on to Lowes!!
