Employees don't understand their own pricing system and will mislead you to buying more than you expected. She told me my jewelry was $15 and the next one is $5 when i went to the register all of a sudden the prices are different and they refuse to honor their prices.

I'm WAY too old to shop here for myself. The staff is amazingly welcoming and helpful, though. My son was happy with the trip.

called the other day and they told me they had a shirt and i went and literally was told it wasn't there anymore and wouldn't help me find where i can find it again so disappointing since ive been a customer here for so long and i love this place -_-

The staff is AMAZING!! Kieran especially! I can not express how greatful I am for how kind and helpful they were. See I went to grab some things for Easter and Birthdays, Kieran helped in every facet by grabbing things of the top shelf's, pulling high hanging clothes and holding all the items at the desk so I didn't have to carry it all around the store, and did so with a smile. Then it happened, learning that HT canceled all their credit cards. I had several hundred dollars worth of items that I spent the last 90mins gathering, with the expectation I would be using my HT card.. welp no. Kieran handed the situation very professionally, even with a smile. Helped me figure out what happened, and didn't bat an eye at putting the items back.

Darby and jasper are the sweetest people alive I swear! They were incredibly helpful when I asked about merchandise around the store, Darby helped me pick out a wonderful present for my sisters graduation and Jasper even added their own little spin to it! I absolutely adore the store and the employees!

Have been going to this store for at least 10 years and every-time It has been filled with warm and welcoming people. The staff is awesome at this location 10/10 would recommend.
