I'm 70+ female that like Penny's, their sales & cloths.i have trouble walking, so I use a cane & was delighted they now have mid size carts to use to shop. However last week I went into the dressing room & one of the clerks was rude about me having a cart in the dressing rm area- I explained I didn't want to loose my cart & asked where to set it. She didn't respond, so I set it where I thought it was out of the way. She watched me & said nothing. When I got out of the dressing rm my cart was gone- no where to be seen - & her as well. I couldn't hold all the clothes & my cane, so I only bought 2 items. Need better training of staff regarding carts please.

It is your normal department store that carries clothing, some house wares, jewelry, makeup, etc.

Went for a relaxer and color and received chemical burns, immediate hair loss, and scalp damage. My hair texture went from silky and pliable to dry, crispy, straw. I am devastated. See before and after.

Since many of the JCPenney stores have closed, I was surprised to find that the store was full of people and full of great deals. It was clean, and the employees were nice and helpful. I plan to return, even though it's a bit of a drive from where I live.
