My experience has been good for about a year, however no one calls to remind you of your appointments anymore. I have been with JC Pennys Salon for over twenty years and I really appreciated the reminder.

Requested style: I needed a hair cut bad. I was a walk-in and a stylist named Cole did a fantastic job. He listened to me and cut just the way I wanted it. I will definitely make a point of requesting Cole next time.
