“Had to come in to replace some items ordered online. Even though the website says low in stock or not available, we went ahead and took a risk.Sure enough, the items we needed to exchange were there so that saved us time on having to drive to Lenox.The staff was friendly and understanding. I just wouldn't come to the mall during peak holiday seasons (but that is me).”
