My kids wanted me to give them 100 stars, but sadly I can only give 5. After looking at several dealerships, brands, and models, we settled on a Yukon from Jim Ellis. We went twice and both times we were treated like family. Morris was our sales associate and Sam was one of the managers on duty. They were amazing and thorough. I felt like they listened to exactly what I wanted and tried to give me a fair deal. I walked away happy. They also went above and beyond to entertain my kids (not part of their jobs) but they were so sweet, understanding, and actually played with my kids! Who does that?!? I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. ❤️ Thank you. We are customers for life and will recommend them to others without hesitation.

I brought the car in with a wobbly wheel and broken tail light. I left over 10 hours later with a wobbly wheel, a broken tail light and a bill for $3,500. Unclear advisement of pricing and I felt I was fleeced for services that could have waited given my time crunch. A feeble attempt to follow up should make any customer concerned about honesty and transparency.

Put $15,000.00 down on a "certified" 2021 Volvo S60 two weeks ago. The first snap of cold weather the last two days (12/11 - 12/12 2023) rendered the car inaccessible except through the back doors. The front doors will not open from the outside when the temperature gets below 35 degrees.
I called to try to talk to someone about it and was told he was "with a customer" and that he would "call me right back".
Nope. Never.
So now I'm trying to look up Volvo dealerships that might be able to help me on the other side of town.
Avoid this place like the plague. Once they get your money, you are on your own.

I was looking to purchase a 2023 GMC AT4 from Jim Ellis initially but after looking at the 2024s more thoroughly I opted for one of them. While still in Florida I was able to easily 'seal the deal' on the exact AT4 I wanted. I want to thank Nathan Watson for being my salesman and should he be there when I come back he will be the one I'd speak to. Nathan stands above many other sales associates being not only personable and responsive but also responsive! His responsiveness is what led me to ATL over another dealership a few states away. Nathan took the time to correspond with me to ensure the deal was good by the time of my arrival a few days later. Needless to say Jim Ellis is the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from in all my years. They made it fast, easy, and no hassle - exactly the way it should be.

I only have service experience with a CPO vehicle so I've been fully under warranty but the experience has been very good. They have fair amenities and areas to wait. My experiences have been accurate and completion times reasonable all times except one (less communication than normal but it was a one off experience).I'd def recommend them so far given my warranty experience.

This service team sort of dropped the ball on my service visit. I made management aware of the circumstances, and Sean Garrett (service manager) not only stepped up to the plate to make it right he knocked it out of the park. Things happen, and things get overlooked or dropped through the cracks. The true sign of a professional organization is how they respond to its clients and to those unfortunate circumstances. Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia did great in handling this, Sean Garrett needs to be commended!! Thank you! Just so you know, this is an unsolicited review.. you know what I mean!

Just got thru waiting an hour for car service only to find out that having an appointment for 11:30 is only an idea. Demanded my car back and asked to wait longer. No more dealer service for me. Wait an hour and no service. Terrible. Right outside of the managers office and even though he could hear and see me, he wouldn't come and try and address the situation. Poor customer service.

I am thankful for Ed bc he tried hard to help me figure out a solution to a problem I had for a Pontiac g6 hard too convertible. Out of all the GMC dealerships I called around looking for help he was the only one that tried. I've purchased from Jim Ellis Lexus in the past but the service wasn't anything outstanding. I appreciate him going above and beyond
