I went into the store on Wednesday March 3rd around 1:30pm to get my son's foot measured and shop for some new shoes for him. Two female employees were behind the register both on their phones.. neither one of them bothered to look up and acknowledge us. When I spoke up to them and asked if I could have my son's foot measured one of the females quickly said No.. we don't do that here. I said ok and we left. We walked further down to the other Journeys store for adults and right away I was asked if I needed help. I asked to measure his foot and the lady was really nice and measured his foot for me. Then she referred me back to the Journeys kidz store to find more options and sizes for my son. When I told her they wouldn't measure his foot and told me that didn't do that. She said that was odd and they should have. Due to incompetence we won't be buying any shoes from a store who's employees don't want to interrupt their tiktok scrolling to help potential customers.

Montana was terrific she measured my son’s feet on her lunch break. I so appreciate it so much because it’s been a long time since I’ve had a little one 19 yrs ago and I had no clue all of the Stride Rites were gone and only online and it was hard finding some but she had some selections and gave excellent recommendations and as a Mom I so love her for it. Thank you for going over and beyond and you made this experience so much better for my family. Have a blessed weekend and she really cares about customers and it shows and thank you for going the extra mile for my lil buddy.

Do NOT order online at Journeys Kidz!! I ordered four pairs of sneakers and received two of them and did not know where the other two were. The status online said unavailable. I received the third pair and a few days later I received the fourth pair. One of the boxes of shoes was completely torn apart. The corner of the box is literally detached. Upon calling customer service I was told that I would have to go in store to get a new box. This was a week before Christmas. I order online to avoid the holiday traffic and I am a single mother with kids and a full-time job. I know me requesting a new box is not strange because I’ve done it before with foot locker and they’ve gladly set me out a new box. Too bad I can’t post pictures on here for you guys to see the box. Their is no way I can wrap it.

Horrible customer service!!! Better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Employees walk by you without even acknowledging that you are there.

On November 17, 2018, I was in town visiting my family and took my nephew and two nieces to Mall of Georgia to buy something . We visited Journeys Kidz and were greeted warmly by Erin and Katherine. My nephew of 8 years old wanted a pair of sneakers with wheels at the bottom. I think they called them "heelys'. He found a pair he liked and so I purchased them for him.

I dont like putting reviews but this time I will. I went to exchange a pair of shoes I lost my receipt and I couldn’t find it. The guy (I dont know his name) didn’t even try to help. He say he couldn’t change them it all. So I called journeys on perimeter mall and they told me that any journey store can exchange my shoes. Thankfully at perimeter they did.

We really enjoyed our visit here at the Mall of GA location. We were greeted promptly & friendly by Jacob. I purchased new sneakers for my identical twin daughters that are 6. We love the purple & pink converse that they got.

We really enjoyed our visit here at the Mall of GA location. We were greeted promptly & friendly by Jacob. I purchased new sneakers for my identical twin daughters that are 6. We love the purple & pink converse that they got. The only thing I wished it would have been more full service. When the young lady brought the shoes from the back, she just handed me the two boxes. I had 5 kids with me and expected professional service with assisting the girls & sizing them properly. She did assist me after I asked, but it could have been a much better experience if they were working hard to take care of their clients. We'll go back and give them another shot though. Not bad visit.

Never received the correct shoes order from this store and when my order finally did arrive (after i had to call and ask when will the shoes be shipped) it was not the shoes i ordered i was treated with disrespect by an un professional manager named Jake and associate named Liz when I called to inform them they sent me the wrong shoes like it was my fault I have spent a lot of money with journeys over the years but i will be going elsewhere to shop
