I ordered Ugg boots for my daughter, which happened to be on sale. After receiving them with the receipt that said “you have 365 days to return/exchange unused items” I tried to exchange them in store to go around the receiving a box, sending it back waiting for them to be revived and exchanged. I called before I went first journey customer service who seemed like I was bothering him and kept giving me only one work answers. I told her I just needed another size they didn’t have in stock, no problem! Then she says I’ll have to pay the difference which confused me… because the price is paid is the SAME PRICE ONLINE! But it was because I used a $5 off coupon I was sent and now had to pay that back to get new shoes. Like excuse me? See said because there is a price difference. Just be warmed if you uses coupon or buy it on sale and it changes price you will be responsible for paying!! Which is ridiculous that should be stated! There is not even exchange if you do it in store!!! The lady at the store was very nice it wasn’t her fault I’d the comfy picky that’s crazy.

Came here to get some converse and the all the staff were very welcoming and friendly, they were not hesitant at all to help me find my size despite needing multiple changes !!

I went into this location on 1/1. They did not have much of a selection for size 11 womens so I ordered the boots I wanted. I received the wrong size boots and they were dirty. I reached out to customer service and was just told to exchange them. Went back to the store, asked for the CORRECT size to be ordered. Once again received the WRONG size. Finally I went to a different location and ordered these boots again on 1/14. No update on tracking as of 1/18. Customer service has been completely unhelpful and you think they would be considering I ordered $150 boots. This will be my last time buying anything from this money greedy company.

I went into this Journeys looking for a new pair of boots. As soon as I walked in I was approached by the girl that was working the register. She asked if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for, so she showed me some options and told me about the pros and cons of the various selections. I picked a pair of Doc Marten's but they didn't have the one's I liked in my size, so she made sure to order them and have them shipped to my house for free. I think that I can positively say that that was the best customer service I've ever had. I don't remember the girls name but she is definitely an example of good customer service. She needs to run her own store.
