BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AT THIS KROGER TRYING TO RUN PURCHASES THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN GETTING GAS. When I was pumping gas on the evening of 2/22/23 I had someone try to run $175.50 on my credit card at the gas pump. I hadn't even even finished the transaction before it printed a receipt telling me my transaction of $175.50 was declined!I didn't have that much available credit, thank goodness! I was so mad that someone was trying to steal that much money from me. I went to the gas booth where an employee ran my transaction for me. Beware of this scam at this Kroger location!

Further down the road is a new Publix. This location is a little disorganized and messy shelves. Only one cashier working and self check out line was long.

I got assaulted in the parking lot while loading my groceries and their cameras are to out of date to get a clear video of the guy hitting me.

Loveeeee this store. I actually don't shop here too often but when I do everyone is always friendly. I also typically only shop at night at this location so that may also play a factor.

Love shopping at Kroger wish they didn't always make you use the self check out before 8am bc it takes twice as long. Plus if you bring your own bags that is another issue all in itself. They aren't fast at assisting with self check out either. When I want to get a cookie cake decorated it always seems like the person who I get to decorate it has no clue what they are doing. Produce is much better than Walmart. Things are typically stocked well.

Location is great and gas prices are good. The customer service desk personnel are not friendly, if you can find someone. The last two times I've been to Kroger and needed something from customer service - no one was to be found. So glad Publix is equally as close to my house. The experience is significantly better.

Waited in the parking lot for click list pickup 25 minutes. Girl in the store forgot my name and they had to come back out to the car to get it. Waited 15 minutes after she came out and called the store to ask where the food was. Got home and found they gave me a half eaten bag of grapes, a withered stem and all but two grapes shed off the stem on the bottom of the bag. Terrible service. Who wants to eat these grapes? Awful just awful. I have a video but this review will only let me upload a photo.

A friend just bought me a birthday cake at Kroger. It is the ugliest cake I have ever seen. The decorations (balloons made out of frosting) are just as bad. Have not cut it yet but sure hope it tastes better than it looks. You really need to get some decent cake decorators to work in your bakery. Can't imagine what they paid for this cake. I've been decorating cakes for 54 years and would not give something like this away much less asking someone to pay for it. I bought some donuts from here one because they looked so fresh and tasty. They were horrible. No taste and ended up throwing them out.

I have had several issues with this particular Kroger. Had started shopping Publix and the Kroger on 20. Decided to order pick up at Hamilton Ridge and got an email telling me order was ready and be there at 7:00. I am considering leaving at 7:37. After the wait, I received less than half of my order. It just does go that way at Publix pick up.

Once again I got home from your store and some of my purchased items were not placed in my cart This happens so often there and I’m really tired of it I have to go get these items again as I need them for thanksgiving dinner!

Pharmacy always takes a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions and never take their customers needs into consideration. Pharmacy staff is also very rude to customers. All around service is god awful. I’ve used Kroger on Hamilton mill for my prescriptions for YEARS now they’re just garbage and do not value customer service in the slightest.
