According to my doctor's prescription, I needed a certain quantity ofmedicine. However, when I went to the pharmacy, I found out that theydid not have a bottle size that could hold the complete quantity ofmedicine prescribed by the doctor. Consequently, they provided me withonly a partial amount of medicine, which was not sufficient tocomplete the treatment. As a result, I had to go back to the pharmacyto request another refill and pay the same amount again, even thoughit was not my fault that they did not have the appropriate bottlesize. This meant that I had to visit the pharmacy twice for the samemedication and pay twice the original cost, which was a significantinconvenience for me.

They are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever seen. They mess up and do not give me the right amount of medicine and put off as my fault cause it doesn't inconvenience them. Then they tell me that its on backorder and the insurance want cover cause they messed up its a joke. If anything happens they will answer to my lawyer

Getting your prescription refilled here is horrible. The automated voice is a complete disaster. She makes you want to scream. I’m changing my prescription location immediately. It used to be really simple but not anymore.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS AT THIS KROGER TRYING TO RUN PURCHASES THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD WHEN GETTING GAS. When I was pumping gas on the evening of 2/22/23 I had someone try to run $175.50 on my credit card at the gas pump. I hadn't even even finished the transaction before it printed a receipt telling me my transaction of $175.50 was declined!I didn't have that much available credit, thank goodness! I was so mad that someone was trying to steal that much money from me. I went to the gas booth where an employee ran my transaction for me. Beware of this scam at this Kroger location!

Super rude staff. Takes forever to get your prescription. Even though I go to that Kroger almost everyday, I’m never going back to that pharmacy!!!

Service here is absolutely horrible. Staff talks down to you like they're doing you a favor and you owe them something. Stay away as much as possible.

Further down the road is a new Publix. This location is a little disorganized and messy shelves. Only one cashier working and self check out line was long.

The staff at this pharmacy are rude to customers. My doctor sent my refill to my previous pharmacy accidentally. She was able to resend it to the Kroger pharmacy the next day. Once I arrived to pick up the prescription, I was interrogated as though I was trying to illegally obtain my medication. I have chronic pain and my medication had run out the day prior to my doctor's visit. They acted like I had done something wrong and told me it was too soon for a refill. After explaining, I called the previous pharmacy and cancelled the scrip there so that Kroger could fill it. It is NOT their job to be snarky and judgemental. It does NOT take an hour to fill medication. I WILL be taking my business elsewhere.

I have never had a poor experience with anyone. The service has always been timely, of course there are busy times so I plan accordingly, making sure to call ahead to see if my prescription has been filled, and if there's been a problem, it's always been rectified. Friendly staff and Pharmacists who always take the time if l have a questions.

When I drop a prescription, the lady said to me pick it up medicine 2 hrs later, then I visit again, she said the medicine not available the same day. Hmm???? Is it normal?? I have never experienced before. This Kroger Pharmacy doesn’t check the inventory, not matching their system.

For the second time I'd tried to utilize pharmacy services, and they failed!!!! The first time was a few months ago and I was in excruciating pain due to nerve pain. The Urgent careCenter sent my prescription there twice only to be told that they did not have them. After calling the Urgent care multiple times, I finally asked that they send it to a pharmacy in Macon, GA. After getting to the pharmacy in Macon to pickup the medication, I was informed that the Rx had already been filled( you guessed it) at the Hamilton Mill Kroger! After waiting an hour for the pharmacy to call Buford to request that they reverse the Rx processing, On Day 3 of experiencing excruciating pain, I was finally able to get the medication.Well today I arrived to get the 3rd dose of the vaccine and I was interrogated about what qualified me to get the 3rd vaccine! I do not have to divulge my entire medical history to a pharmacist, 3 techs, and the patrons waiting on their medications. I could have been ugly, but I was cordial. They are the most unprofessional people I've ever encountered. My immunity issues are not the business of everyone inside Kroger. With that said, I will never go to the Kroger Pharmacy on Hamilton Mill Road ever again.... and I will be vaccinated with the 3rd dose at a pharmacy that respects confidentiality.

The customer service and service and wait time is really bad at this pharmacy. The only reason I transfered from Walmart which has the best service is because some of my medication is cheaper with the discount card.

Loveeeee this store. I actually don't shop here too often but when I do everyone is always friendly. I also typically only shop at night at this location so that may also play a factor.
