It’s unfortunate that the prices went up so much and the hose has been busted for months. No longer able to rinse off boat which was a huge plus, you’d think with an increase everyone’s rent they could afford put have a new hose.

New management came in and raised rents nearly 50% and the service and maintenance has deteriorated SIGNIFICANTLY.
The exit gate has been broken for at least 6 months
The grass was knee high in front of the slips for weeks in may-june.
The bathroom is still out of order and the door is rotting off the hinges.
Significant downgrade from the prior management. I'd recommend somewhere else where they can atleast keep an exit gate working to avoid a traffic collision.

New management is great, and very responsive! Lisa handled everything as quick as she could! Someone parked in our spot number that is reserved, and she got it handled in a matter of hours!

New owners are great. Very responsive and helpful. I had a situation where the unit was previously in my ex husbands name and needed to be moved over to mine, they reached out to him for me and helped me get it in my name. Did everything online which is really convenient since I moved out of state. They send payment reminders also which was really helpful.
