The salesman, Jake, did a good job explaining all the options. We really like the dependability and comfort of La-Z-Boy. Our other set of La-Z-Boys lasted 17 years, mechanism still great but fabric was alittle worn in spots. Only wished they would remove the old ones when they brought the new ones. Price of delivery was high.

In late October, I bought 2 chairs with swivels. I took one, without swivel, to my house with the verbal promise the swivel would be installed at my house and the second chair would be delivered, with swivel within a week. Four weeks have passed. After numerous calls I finally received the second chair with swivel. I call every other day about the second swivel and installation and get empty promises and no one calls me back, or even will take responsibility to get me the products I bought. Very disappointed.

The sales staff were friendly and courteous. They were not high pressure. We did encounter an issue with pickup of our recliner. We were scheduled to pickup the same week as we purchased, but were called on our way to pickup to let us know it actually wasn’t in the warehouse, but would be the next day. The sales person was very apologetic. So scheduled for next day pickup and I even called to verify that the recliner was actually ready. Was told it was ready, but when we got to the warehouse it was not there and was still in Orlando and it will be next week before we can pickup. The warehouse worker suggested we call the Buford office and have them call the warehouse to confirm it’s really there before we head to pickup again.

Great experience. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the sales staff. Hadley and Enide were very knowledgeable and really guided me in coordinating motifs, colors and fabrics with different pieces of furniture and accessories. They helped me in pillow, throw, and rug selections which really complement the furniture that I chose. The room looks beautiful and everything matches perfectly. They were very accommodating to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.

Quality furniture at competitive prices. The sales team is always no-pressure. Easy to browse without being bothered but I know someone is there if I need them. I’m definitely a returning customer!

Sales agent was courteous and helped, where it all started was on the furniture we received, for the furniture we paid full price and we received floor furniture, all scratched and worn, number of items delivered was wrong, 3 chairs of one model and 1 from another (supposed to be 2 and 2).I had to return most of it and the chairs I kept ended up squeaky and not firm when sitting down. I still believe Lazyboy will do right and deliver the quality I bought.
