Very disappointed in Leslie’s Pools. They sell you a product, take your money and will not even service the product when it is under warranty. I bought and had Leslie install a Raypak heater for my pool. The heater breaks after 2 months. They made me wait another month for someone to come out to service it only to be told they couldn’t replace it or fix it. That I needed to call Raypak. Which I am not having any luck with them either. My advice is to find a more reliable pool supplier that will back the products they sell and give you good customer service. Very disappointed in Leslie’s.

I got one of those new walmart pools with the skimmer. Forgot I needed chemicals and went to Leslie's for it. OMG the price of chlorine tablets are through the roof. People there are very helpful though.

Marcus & Cindy know how to keep your water safe and clear. If they don't know they will find out. Fun and friendly atmosphere in all the time I have gone to them.

This chain store is nothing but chemical pushing! The people there only know what the computer tells them which is controlled by the main office. The girl didn't even know if they serviced above ground pools! Go to go to Dacula pools instead! They know their stuff waaay better!

Clerk was very knowledgeable and personable. He would have gotten 5 stars except while assisting me in the store, he took a phone call from another customer and had me waiting about 10 minutes (while they talked about that customer's issues). That should NEVER happen to an active customer already being served in the store. If he couldn't answer the customer on the phone quickly, that call should have been put on hold or handled via a callback...

Stopped by for a filter. Large Guy was on the phone. Never made eye contact with me. Walked around for several minutes and found what I was looking for. Stood at front counter another 5 minutes to still not be acknowledged. Walked out without my filter. Great customer service. It is employees like this that are really bringing our workforce down.

I walked in with my daughter. A rather super large person was behind the counter on the phone.we walked around the store, finally finding what we need. The employee didn't acknowledge us at all. We picked up the filter and stood at the counter. We were still never acknowledged. After another 5 minutes waiting and having no acknowledgement of us at , we left the store without our purchase. Customer service is really lacking at this location
