Tried to call to get something refunded because it was damaged on arrival and they don't have their phones connected.

There were to be 3 boxes for my shed. The printed all 3 labels on the same day and shipped only 2 of the boxes. UPS has yet to receive the 3rd box.
Items were supposed to be delivered a week ago. Now waiting for the store I purchased from to escalate the issue. Not impressed at the moment.
