Horrible customer service. Very rude employees. Be very careful with any purchases you aren’t sure of because they do not allow you to return anything that “might” have been worn. Even in original packaging. Great policy to let customers know BEFORE they purchase not after. Will never go back.

Rude black lady just watched me and my 2 kids wait in line for 30 minutes for ear piercing all to tell us she was about to clock out and we couldn’t get a piercing today. She saw me scan the QR code also. We are white so I’m sure that’s why she was being so rude. She said “we should have asked something and there is no line” like we should know this- no ma’am you should have had better customer service and asked what we were there for when we walked in considering you are the employee and you clearly saw us there for a long time. Thanks for wasting our time!

HIGHLY recommend Lovisa. Specifically Gen is amazing! I was walking by the shop with my mom and stopped to watch an adorable little girl getting her ears pierced. Gen was so gentle and the little girl was so brave, she didn't even flinch! Gen did such a great job, that my mom and I both decided to get our ears pierced with doubles. We are both so happy with our piercing from Gen. She was friendly, inviting and truly made it a great experience. You can really tell Gen loves what she does and it shows in her piercings. So happy we got our piercings at Lovisa!

Mall of Georgia Louisa was extremely slow. We received terrible service. There was only one person working behind the register AND piercing ears. The manager couldn’t assist as she was taking calls in the back room.
