Klein tools marketing needs to remove this tool line from Lowes for lack of representation. Place is absolute mess with Klein tools in at least 7 different areas, all in shambles and most hidden behind other products.

They actually care about customers unlike Home Depot where you go in and their employees are mad at the whole world. Here the employees are professional and respctful. They help you and have a sense of urgency when it comes to it. Thanks Lowe's.

Bought a fridge from the Buford, GA store location and it has been a nightmare, delivery service was horrible wasted a full day at our house waiting for them, never came. Went in store to complain they said we would get 20% off then when the credit never came we called customer service and they said we had to go into the store. Could never get ahold of anyone in Buford. Never buying from Lowe’s again.
Update: went back into the store and spoke to the person who promised the 20% discount, she said she couldn’t do it, the computer wouldn’t let her but someone from the store would call us in 1-2 days to figure it all out. 4 days later, still no call back! Over 5 total with several different people from Lowe’s customer service given different answers every time and even was hung up on from the center in the Caribbean when we asked to speak to a supervisor. Seems like no matter who we talk to where ever they are if they work for Lowe’s they just give us the run around!

It's hard to find people to help me at lowes. It's even more difficult making returns. They don't want to give you store credit or allow you to do an even exchange without a receipt. They waste your time trying to refund your money via original payment method.

Waited 7 minx and on called 4 times on intercome typical Lowes short staffed, spread out, and store avoiding responsibility. Very unorganized. One young lady was very helpful the whole store should take notes
