Purchased Bug Shield STAMPEDE made by LUND Interational, for 2024 RAM 1500 5.7eTorque Crew Cab 5.7 Bed via Real Truck.com Install insert gave 800 # too call oNLY open about 7.5 hours M-F. Not a HELL uv alot of HELP to people who work and install parts after work & weekends!?!?! Followed instructions with Shitpede Bug Shield... slotted holes starting RF 1;2;3;4;5;6 to LF. GOT #1 in put 2/3/4/5/6 under rubber air shield tried install #6 flange does not fit under hood contour. Went back tried 4/5 then 3 & 2( freed up 3 extra clips from rubber air shield). got 4/5/3 fitted, #6still no go(now fastner bent all to HeLLth and gone). Started fighting #2 slotted hole short about 1/8 inch(pushed/pulled on shield{no help}) FINALLY GOT PLASTIC PIN IN AT 30% ANGLE WITH LOT PRESSURE CENTER SCREW(seems to be holding). One on line suggestion is to get self tapping screw with rubber washer & drive flange into place? Since LUND has become useless for customer service for DIYers. Sellers nice BUT DO NOT KNOW DAMN THING ABOUT THINGS THEY SELL({{Would NeVeR eVeR buy again from or thru LUND ITEMS/Sellers}})...

Have had great service in the past but.. ordered a set of step bars through summit and none sent them and somehow didn't put the hardware with it or it got lost in transportation. Either way mailing was quick but reordered another pair for these pair and it's been 3 days and they still have it been mailed...bad business !

I have always used the autovent shades on my vehicles. Never had one break until just recently. I looked up the warranty info, filled out the recquired paperwork, sent in pictures and the very next day, my replacement was shipped to me. This was probably the easiest warranty I have ever dealt with. thank you Lund for making it easy. You will continue to get my business hands down.

Placed my order for a bed extender on March 28, 2021. It is now 6 weeks later and I have yet to receive any information regarding my order. I contacted Lund and they informed me that my order MAY ship in 2 more weeks?! Had I known that their products are not in stock when you order, I would not have purchased. When you buy an item on line, they should notify you PRIOR to accepting your order if it is not going to ship within a reasonable time frame. Never purchasing from them again. UPDATE: I now received an email from Lund stating that my order would not ship until July. I told them 4 months to ship an item I already paid for was unreasonable and I want a full refund. They are available on Amazon with 5-7 day delivery time.

Product was great but customer service was out of this world. After having spent over 90 minutes on hold in November with a major appliance service I was knocked for a loop by Linda M of Lund. There are still great companies and service support people in the world. THEY DO EXIST!!!!!!!!;!

Well I took a chance on a lund box through Amazon despite the bad reviews. However, like everyone else my box arrived beat to smithereens and unusable. After talking to Amazon they couldn't guarantee the replacement wouldn't arrive the same way. I tried to give lund the benefit of the doubt and ordered the same box directly from them for more money in hope of getting a usable box. 3 weeks after I placed my order and corresponded with lund about my experience on Amazon they informed me the product was out of stock and refunded my money. Apparently it takes 3 weeks to figure out you don't have something in stock. This was it for me. I have $500 in limbo and no box to speak of. Giving lund international ten cents of your hard earned money is two nickels too many. Never again.

I needed to return an order - the parts were fine but it was just a much larger project than I'd anticipated. Lund was very easy to work with and reasonable. That experience has encouraged me to do business with them again.
