I really enjoy coming to this LUSH when visiting GA. There's no store near me, which is near Asheville, NC :( (hint hint, LUSH). I've had amazing service from all the employees, but i esp wanted to call out DEBBIE (knowledgeable, great mgr) & LEE (quirky, fun associate). They both helped me navigate all the wonderful choices (i was looking for specific things); And, they were very generous with samples, which, of course, led to future purchases! And, side note--i love those little sample jars, bc they're perfect for my short work trips. Because my girls were so awesome, i spent more time in the store having fun, laughing, testing products, smelling great, and spending more money. You're welcome, LUSH 😉--my bank account and my husband pucker up everytime I mention you 😆! Haha! It's easy to just drop the money, esp when you have amazing service, which I get everytime I go to the Mall of Georgia store.
The only time I've ever had issues with any product was with a scent (bc I've had to order online so much... Asheville store, where are you?!). Otherwise, I truly can't recommend LUSH enough!! Honestly ppl, ALL their products are wonderful. NO nasty chemicals. GLOWING skin. It's aromatherapy EVERYTIME. You won't regret a trip to LUSH!

Justin! Is an example of what an excellent sales rep is !!! He is patient and knowledgeable… I came in for one thing and I left with 4 items because of him!! I feel Justin should be recognized for his outstanding work!!! First time at Lush!! And definitely not be the last !!!

All the staff is very kind and accommodating!! Someone helped me swipe my gift card correctly and Lee greeted me!! Lee also helped me at the checkout with my bath bombs; they were awesome!! 🤩

Being a 50+man I really dont visit cosmetic shops but my girlfriend dragged me in. By the time Sophia the associate was done giving me a grand tour I had a bag full of things that I didn't know I needed. Sophia was very patient and answered all my skeptical questions. I have a full understanding of the benefits of natural skin care Sophia recommended a Lotion/massage/soap bar. Its amazing. If your a guy that's looking to take better care of your skin stop by and ask for Sophia she's very knowledgeable. I give this place a TEN

My daughter just had her birthday party here and it was awesome. Everyone was so nice and friendly. You can tell they truly care about making a great experience.. Mikey and Eddie were the best. Because of them they took the party to the next level. Thank you!!

My family and I hadn’t been to Lush in years and came this afternoon for a girls’ day. We had such a great time and the employees were so helpful. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable shopping experience.
We forgot to get the name of the girl who helped us, but she was incredible and helped my mom find a new go-to body oil. She was also very helpful with my sister who asked a lot about hair care help.
Mikey was so sweet and was very insightful at the register. He helped confirm our choices and helped us even evaluate if they were good selections. We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back!

I had a truly relaxing experience at this store! The atmosphere was serene and inviting,Lee was incredibly helpful and went out of her way by offering a few samples to try. I'm especially impressed with the quality of their toothpaste and mouthwash – definitely worth checking out!
