I’m always disappointed when I visit the Mac store. They are always so busy and not enough people to take the time and explain options for your skin.

Jacarra at Mac store is amazing, she was so accommodating and very helpful with my mom for her birthday makeup session. She went above and beyond and gave great customer service.

I’m not sure if they hire professionals or just anyone but I got my make up done by aria, she had glasses and was disappointed. Was patient enough to give it a go cause I just wanted to do my make up just cause and was just very disappointed. I pointed out my brows and it was almost like she wasn’t gonna change them, same with my eyeshadow, my Smokey eye was just all black, I was expecting something different but looked very odd, she asked her coworkers what she or he thought and someone had to jump in and help. Happy that the other girl was reassuring, I believe her name was karra or korra. I loved coming here just to get make up done for fun and buy so I can try new things but again, I think they just hire to hire.

I was helped by a beautiful lady named Cynthia right when they were about to close. She helped me like I was the 1st customer of the day with great customer service! She even recommended new products that I actually really loved! My favorite Mac store for sure ♥️

I am in the macy's store and was helped by christopher. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the exemplary service he provided to me. He was attentive, thoughtful, and so very knowledgeable on skin care and the makeup products. THANK YOU Christopher!
