I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FROM THIS STORE. I Ordered My 80 years old grandmother a suit online an it was supposed to be ready for pick up the next following Day. When she arrived to pick up the order only one piece was ready. They had no clue where the item was. So I told her to see if the item was in the store. Low and behold she finds the other piece (THE JACKET). She takes the item to customer service and they made her pay for the item after I had already purchased it online! The manager LANA actually did this and told me She can come pick up the original item when it gets delivered, after my grandma already purchased the item. SHE LIED ABOUT REFUNDING ME, ON THAT DAY. TODAY I GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO COME PICK UP THE ITEM A WEEK LATER! CAUTION DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS UNORGANIZED STORE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT EVER! LANA NEEDS BETTER TRAINING!

I don't shop at Macy's often. As of now I'll shop even less often. I was in the store a few weeks ago and grabbed something that was marked a few bucks off for clearance. The cashier apparently didn't notice the bright yellow sticker and didn't provide the discount. When I caught it just a few steps away I was told I needed to track down a manager for the price adjustment and acted like I was being dramatic over a few dollars. Today I was walking though and picked up something for my kiddo and walked to a register where the employee looked at me approaching and went into the back, not returning for the few minutes I stood there. Okay. So I walk around and finally find another cashier helping another customer, it's taking a while but I'm OK waiting. I took a call about a minute before the customer before me wrapped up and ended the call as soon as they walked away and the cashier acted like she was irritated that she had to stand there an extra 20 seconds for me to hang up after I'd been standing there at least 6 or 7 minutes. There was nobody else waiting. She asked if I had a Macy's card and I asked if she could look it up, she said no, which I know is not correct. When she was done ringing me out I turned back to her and asked where something was and she got on a cellphone and completely ignored me. I commented in the same tone and volume that wow, Macy's sure has rude staff these days and then she turned and looked directly at me with a stank face so I know she heard me both times. With all of these retailers suffering, I'm surprised employees can act like this and get away with it.

Do not order furniture from Macy's!!! They will not refund your money if there are any defects. They charge usage fees for the time the furniture is in your home and will not refund delivery fees! I ordered a red sofa and the color was bleeding on my white colored dogs, comforters and pillows. Their customer service department was no help with the issue and advised they cannot stop the fabric color from bleeding. They had no remorse for the damage to my dos and property. They finally scheduled the sofa to be picked but only refunded half of my money! Now I have no sofa and fighting for a refund for the rest of my money so that I can get a new sofa! Do not buy furniture from Macy's, they will not make you whole even if the defect is their issue!!! Macy's is not the company it use to be!!! BEWARE!!!

I don't go to the mall much, but when I do I have to end up going to Macy's for cologne or the Apple Store. I went to pick up some cologne on this day as I had a $100 gift certificate from Humana that I chose. Long story short I bought the new Armani Code that came out last October. It was 2.5oz and the total cost was $143.00. Basically I just had to come out of pocket $43 for my purchase, Granted it's much more better going to Macy's if you have some type of gift certificate or coupons. Unless of course you're just a high roller and it doesn't affect your pockets much.

I will NEVER shop at Macy's again until they publicly APOLOGIZE to David Walker and offer him his position back and reimburse him for the compensation he has missed. Macy's has 30 days to fix this or a flash mob will appear and the Macy's Mall of GA store will be face consequences.

A part of the mall of Georgia. Luckily for me they were having a big sale and opened an hour early. Husband took car for work so id walked here from our hotel. Bought a dress that i didnt take pic of but i love it. Enjoyed looking around. So bizarre stuff. I guess people here like bolder and more sparkle than Ohio.

Today was a great experience in Macy's...I went to go pick up some Prada Carbon cologne an that's when Osiris & Ardo introduced me to a new cologne called Phanton Paco Rabanne & Azzaro I was impressed that they smell so great so i decided to purchase all 3 colognes...thank you for the great customer service....

I was a lover of Macy's until recently. I understand things are different as we are coming out of Covid. I called the local MOG location to set a lingerie appointment. There was no specific phone # to the department so I was transferred to shoes, then clothing, and then by the 3rd transfer, I hung up and called Dilliard's. I called the MOG local #, asked for lingerie, was answered by a pleasant voice who asked to put me on hold and of course I said yes! I have an appointment set and looking forward to the service! Macy's has just lost my business.

Jenny was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. My aunt passed away and I was trying to get a dress for her to wear at the funeral. Especially during this time. People do not know how to be kind and professional. If you don't like your job please do not take it out on innocent customers.
