This store and workers are very unprofessional, rude & dishonest. My husband purchased a new phone from this location & he realized it was defective a few days after purchase. He was given the runaround at first about getting the phone replaced. He was told to return to the store in a couple days for a replacement and then they had the audacity to "inspect" the phone again and stated it was a hairline crack on the phone & was deemed unreplaceable. We will never purchase anything nor go to this store for anything in the future. I'd rather drive farther to receive fair and honest treatment. Will definitely be spreading the word about avoiding this store!

Very rude and poor customer service. The lady working said she couldn't help me with my grandmother's phone. Didn't even try to help. Stepped outside called customer service and they said every store could help with what I needed. So I walked back in with customer service on the phone and she still refused to help me. Drive over to the mall of ga location and was helped in less than 10 minutes. I felt like I was ruining her iPad time and just seemed like I was an inconvenience to her.

The worst store ever I will never purchase a phone from this location again. Manager is rude and doesn't have a clue. The employees are just as awful and rude. Stay away go to buford or Lawrenceville!

Paid my bill in the store as we bought a new phone. I had to pay 95usd vs the normally 80 I pay. I asked why , the girl behind the counter said "admin fees"15 bucks tho ?! So came home checked, it's a 5usd fee to pay in the store extra. My bill is 80 not 90 .So she screwed up right there , add to that he attitude was condescending, I had to be notified 4 times she's has an iphone. As my wife was looking for a droid.I sincerely hate MetroPCS stores

I went to add a line on my account and when I went to check on my account profile, it showed that they had charged me $9 of insurance that I never asked for or was made aware I was paying for. I did not buy my new phone from metro. I bought it from the Apple Store, so I don’t know why they added that without letting me know. I had to call customer service to get my money back and to remove the $9 insurance so that I wouldn’t be charged in the future. I wonder if the sales agents get extra commission from sneaking an insurance fee.

Ari was absolutely amazing! Thank you for helping me get my new phone. Also I had to edit this review. Went in and Maurice was awesome!! I came in to get just a screen protector and he told me about promotions I had no idea about. So I left with extra stuff ? Thank you all!
