The worst experience ever! The sales person did not want to help at all. He acted like I was disturbing him and every frame I picked out he asked if I was ready to purchase. I told him that he seemed too busy to help and If he has something to do to leave me and I’ll figure it out. I asked for my picture back and left. So disappointed!

Went to the custom framing counter today around 2pm and was treated with a deep racial bias / hate undertone by the sales person. Extremely disappointed. Well too bad for Michaels; they just lost my $1000 framing business!

Nearly every aisle is always blocked with boxes of unpacked merchandise, carts full of go-back products, or unchained ladders. Thhis store is a fire code and ADA violation waiting to happen. Don't bother trying to buy anything, you won't be able to get down any of the aisles to get it anyway.

Went to use a 30% off coupon, that I received in a Michael's email, & was told that the system would not accept it even though it was for a "regular" priced item & the coupon had not expired.

I have always respected Michaels store and being closed on Sunday. But after visiting the Buford store yesterday I may never go again. I was buying a Christmas tree. While looking at the display I asked an employee was she sure they had them, her reply was yes if it is there, they are in the back. I gey in line & wait 20 minutes, understandable this time of year. Paid 4 the tree & was told to wait at the front of the store & it would be brought up. A tree was brought up & given to a couple also waiting. I was told they were boxing up the display for me. I asked if I was going to get a discount since I was buying a used tree. I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager & was told the same thing. I stated how was I to know if it was broken, she could refund me. Well I needed the tree, so I gave in & took it home. Thank goodness it came with spare lights, I had to replace 16! I am going to have to buy more because there are still some out! A NEW tree would not have this problem. I should not have to pay the same for a used tree as others paid for a NEW one. Your store policy is WRONG!

Just went in to use my rewards and they could not figure it out and wanted me to call corporate. Why should I have to take care of this when they sent it to me. Just lost a customer.

I received a plastic container that was cracked during shipping. When I brought it to the store, they were able to swap it out for me. The employees are friendly and helpful. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program for coupons and to earn reward points. Due to Covid, employees are wearing masks and plexiglass are installed at the registers.

I actually like this Michael's a lot. They have so any craft ideas, supplies, nic-knacks, baskets, etc. their holiday section is pretty nice too; If I had younger children again I would be in this store a whole lot more!!!! This store in Buford is always clean and very organized too, which makes me so happy! I can get in, go right to what I need, if I am ever in a hurry... but with this store can you ever be in a hurry?? So much to get excited about! The prices are a little on the higher side, and sales are typically pretty good. BUT, with the high original cost and the sale cost I find myself passing on fun decorating merch more than actually purchasing... not good for the store trying to make a profit. I think the last 3 times I walked out with nothing, but wanted about $150 worth of stuff I wanted to buy. I left sad to put them back. Keep up the great work, but consider costs for all budgets. Happy Shopping!!

I mean this place is meat locker cold. Everytime I go, omg it so cold!!! You can most likely find what you need. It is good to be a member of the rewards program.

I have had hit or miss instances at this location. It is hard to find someone in the store that will assist you at times in locating an item. The cashiers are usually friendly. Items are usually stocked well. Sales signs need to be taken down when they expire. I have seen some that have been left up for weeks. Overall... not bad.

This is an older store. But it is clean and the products are presented well. The staff was helpful and friendly. I particularly love a gal named "Q" she is always bright, smiling and helpful. (I already posted and it disappeared. I hope it doesn't post twice.)

I like this location. The staff are friendly, and they don't pester you. The store is tucked away so there's plenty of parking. It's clean, and the layout makes sense. My only complaint is they never seem to have a full store. They usually have every item, but only like one or two. The prices can be a little high. But they always have markdowns, and a clearance aisle. Sign up for their rewards program, and DO NOT enter this store without a coupon. Overall, it's my go to place for craft needs.

Nice and clean. Easy to find items you're looking for. There is always a sale on frames. Staff is friendly from what I can tell. Compared to Hobby Lobby they have fewer selections.
