Bank of America has chosen really bad decisions lately thinking everyone should be able to do everything via ATM then decrease the number of tellers. Now the lines are very long, every day. BoA should bring the teller back.

This is the worst ran bank I have ever dealt with. I am a personal and business customer. The "dedicated" business teller does not exist. Of course the sign is still hanging there but when you walk up to the business teller lane they tell you that there is only one line. I said "I'm a business customer" and she said it didn't matter there is only one line. The last time I came here the outside ATM machine wasn't working and there were people lined up outside and each person had to attempt to use it only to find out it was out of order. I then had to go inside and I reported the ATM machine broken and the teller was aware of it so I asked "Why don't you put an "Out of Order" sign on the machine? Her response was that they are not allowed to put a sign on the machine when it is not working. Now that is brilliant! IF it wasn't so hard to set up all of my personal and business accounts in Bill Pay I would take my business elsewhere. When I have more time I will most likely go through the hassle just to get away from Bank of America. Robert Schumacher

Expect long waits, especially on Saturdays.Miserable tellers nor manager share any sense of urgency.Line was going all the way outside the building and it was just another person's problem for them. They still had to chat between each other... another staff from inside office couldn't care less.Stack of cash needed to be recounted 3~4 times... teller just couldn't care less about people waiting in line in front of him.

I just ordered checks and I can't believe how expensive the checks are, (I order plain end stub and they were almost $45.00), and then an additional $11.00 to send them! I have been banking with BOA for years and it disturbs me that they will treat new customers better than they treat the ones that have been around for years. I would not have put this on Yelp, but BOA doesn't give you a place to comment on their website. This is another thing I have an issue with!

Terrible. I come in on a busy friday around 3:30pm (closing time almost).. Wait 20 mins to get to a teller, Then as I requested for a temporary card, I'm trying to explain that I do not have a phone that can access the internet so I can't do a digital card. I need a physical card, all you have to do is ask for my ID & old card number/ account info... It's very simple. I've done it over 10 times or so. While I'm telling her all this, She keeps ignoring me and looking at her phone texting. You are a grown ass woman in your forties & you have 0 customer service skills nor the common decency to LISTEN to a customer while he's talking to you!!!! This lady SHERI or CHERYL or whatever her name is.. Happens to be the most disgusting and rude lady ever. I really hope her manager sees this.

Long lines. Ten teller windows and they covered up 6 so there only 4 available tellers but the most they ever have staffed is 2.

Terrible! Waited inside for ten minutes and no one approached me. Worst customer service ever.

If you in a rush, do yourself a favor go to a different branch. Only one teller available during busy hour.. Slowest BOA even been.

If you have 10 plus people standing in line wouldn't it make sense to have more than just one teller? Employees were standing around talking about irrelevant stuff while there were 10 people waiting in line. Avoid going into this bank at all costs.

ATM check deposits can be a little slow, but it's nice to be able to deposit a TON of checks at one time without going in! Overall happy with BOA.
