Words cannot express how much we love this Physicians Group. Recently my husband became sick. He needed to see the doctor right away. However, they were booked.
We always talk to Kyle at the call center and Meredith their Certified Medical Assistant. They were able to get us in to see Doctor Dena Patel. Samatha who also is a CMA noticed my husband had severe cold chills. She provided extra gowns and brought in a space heater to warm him up. Dr. Patel diagnosed his problem and he is recovering well.
In addition, I was feeling sick as well. Janice their medical office assistant recognized I needed assistance too! She was able to get me in to be seen by the doctor.
I am sharing this because team work makes the patients dream work and this medical team deserves the very best recognition.

I’m absolutely infuriated and will never go back. I got abnormal test results back and waited for three business days for them to call me and discuss. Nothing. Sent Dr. Burgess and message through MyChart asking them to call me. No call. No response through patient portal. Only a referral to a specialist. I’ve never been treated this poorly by a medical facility. Do better.

I scheduled a prescription refill. 4 days later I go to my refill appointment. They charged my BCBS insurance $ 1,700 for a refill. An billed me $190 for the visit. They coded it as a emergency visit and won't correct there mistake. No wonder I have to pay $1,000 a month for family medical insurance. I will never return.

2 stars for NGPG Management since scheduling needs to get a plan. Beautiful facility. Convienent location. 4 star Polite receptionist. 5 star Professional nursing and lab techs. FYI- Plan to wait. Why ? Have no clue. Paper work done on-line and arrived 30min early in case. I did Have 4 more pages of detailed paperwork. Unsure why Incoupd not do on line? Appt. Time 10:45 arrive 10:15. Seen 11:25??? 2 star Dr. . He Came in 10min later and said hello. After 1 min. He turned me over to a intern? I’m a new patient! And billed as such. This is my LAST visit here EVER! Intern very polite. Just asked EVERY questioned I spent 15min in a waiting room filling out. 30+ min. Why ? Then A quick body exam, he exited. Then I waited on the doctor to return. For 10min.
After 2min he said “contact us if you need anything”. I am charged for a DOCTOR and expect to see a DOCTOR. Also why can’t I pee and have blood drawn while I’m waiting 1hr for the “intern”. I will NEVER go to a NEGA group Office or hospital. Read their reviews. You all need to figure this out .

Pay me! This brand new facility is charging my insurance and me more. The WAIT TIME?!? I arrive 30min for paperwork and still wait 30min “after” my appointment time. And if I’m 5min late they will cancel and still bill. They should be investigated. In fact BBB and my state legislators will be apprised. This needs to stop! ? quit milking us and our insurance for waiting and for short visits .

I tested positive for flu. My wife is a nurse so she knows exactlyWhat i need. Explained toDoctor I was wheezing yet had been taking over the counter medication to help, but was stillHaving wheezing at night causing major coughing which lead to me vomiting. The doctor did not prescribe me any medication and told me to buy mucinex and DayQuil. That didn't work. Tried Tamiflu didn't work. I explained that I was unable to sleep so I would like the same cough syrup and medication. The person I spoke to over the phone stated she would relay that to the doctor and they filled wrong medication. I called to try and get it resolved and was given an attitude and accused of doctor shopping for cough syrup. All I want to to do is be ableTo sleep and stopThe wheezing. Now they want me to come in and be evaluated again to lay more money for nothing. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. I'll be calling corporate

Lauren, who answers the phone sounds like she came straight from hell she just might be the devil herself Rude simply asked her a couple questions about some refills on medication‘s. She couldn’t answer so she hung up on me. Tried to call back several times she won’t answer the phone I asked to speak to my nurse or doctor and she said no they’re short today and then I should call back next week sometime! not sure how she still has a job there

This location is far from where I reside, but the staff are always friendly and welcoming and it is always clean. Pamela, who always checks me in for my appointment, tries to get me an appointment closer to home for my convenience, it is that thoughtfulness that makes the world a better place.

I am always asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Dr. Shutte is always late. Very very late. The lab staff head is very rude; always worried about ending her day on time. The office has failed to send my mammogram orders two years in a row. The office has failed to forward my blood work results to my cardiologist. It is simply a very unprofessionally run practice. I will look for a new family practitioner. 6 years at NGPG and I have just had enough of them.

Patient of Dr Patini for 6+ years now. They have grown so fast that the organization has taken the doctor/patient interaction away, not allowing the Dr to not give an honest medical opinion. They have TERRIBLE customer service (front desk and lab girls) but have a huge brand new building thats pleasanttolook at.It is time to find another Dr that actually cares and doesn't say "the organization" won't let me say or do that. (Evil Empire feeling)Don't waste your time and money here!

New facility, bad customer service. I took off for an OB appointment, that was canceled. Like who does that?Today, I made an appointment. I spoke with Trinity. Her demeanor was depressing. She was very rude, as if she didn’t want to be there.No wonder they don’t give their names when they answer the phones. DO BETTER!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. John Alsobrooks. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely comfortable and he lead me through the entire process of the healing of my broken toe thoroughly like NO other doctor ever has. He was simply such a fantastic doctor and you can genuinely tell that he sincerely cares deeply about all of his patients and their well being.

The staff is wonderful, Dr Barret is an incompetent, rude and uncaring human. I have previously had cervical cancer and am having chronic ovarian cysts. When I had my full exam with pap I still have not heard the results from her office. Thankfully I have mychart so I could see the results myself and I’m trained in medicine so I could easily read the results. She is a dreadful doctor and especially if you’re pregnant do not go there! You need to be told about your health and that of your unborn child and that office will not communicate with you!
