I tested positive for flu. My wife is a nurse so she knows exactlyWhat i need. Explained toDoctor I was wheezing yet had been taking over the counter medication to help, but was stillHaving wheezing at night causing major coughing which lead to me vomiting. The doctor did not prescribe me any medication and told me to buy mucinex and DayQuil. That didn't work. Tried Tamiflu didn't work. I explained that I was unable to sleep so I would like the same cough syrup and medication. The person I spoke to over the phone stated she would relay that to the doctor and they filled wrong medication. I called to try and get it resolved and was given an attitude and accused of doctor shopping for cough syrup. All I want to to do is be ableTo sleep and stopThe wheezing. Now they want me to come in and be evaluated again to lay more money for nothing. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. I'll be calling corporate

Lauren, who answers the phone sounds like she came straight from hell she just might be the devil herself Rude simply asked her a couple questions about some refills on medication‘s. She couldn’t answer so she hung up on me. Tried to call back several times she won’t answer the phone I asked to speak to my nurse or doctor and she said no they’re short today and then I should call back next week sometime! not sure how she still has a job there

This location is far from where I reside, but the staff are always friendly and welcoming and it is always clean. Pamela, who always checks me in for my appointment, tries to get me an appointment closer to home for my convenience, it is that thoughtfulness that makes the world a better place.

I am always asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Dr. Shutte is always late. Very very late. The lab staff head is very rude; always worried about ending her day on time. The office has failed to send my mammogram orders two years in a row. The office has failed to forward my blood work results to my cardiologist. It is simply a very unprofessionally run practice. I will look for a new family practitioner. 6 years at NGPG and I have just had enough of them.

Patient of Dr Patini for 6+ years now. They have grown so fast that the organization has taken the doctor/patient interaction away, not allowing the Dr to not give an honest medical opinion. They have TERRIBLE customer service (front desk and lab girls) but have a huge brand new building thats pleasanttolook at.It is time to find another Dr that actually cares and doesn't say "the organization" won't let me say or do that. (Evil Empire feeling)Don't waste your time and money here!

New facility, bad customer service. I took off for an OB appointment, that was canceled. Like who does that?Today, I made an appointment. I spoke with Trinity. Her demeanor was depressing. She was very rude, as if she didn’t want to be there. No wonder they don’t give their names when they answer the phones. DO BETTER!

I had the pleasure of having Dr. John Alsobrooks. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely comfortable and he lead me through the entire process of the healing of my broken toe thoroughly like NO other doctor ever has. He was simply such a fantastic doctor and you can genuinely tell that he sincerely cares deeply about all of his patients and their well being.

The staff is wonderful, Dr Barret is an incompetent, rude and uncaring human. I have previously had cervical cancer and am having chronic ovarian cysts. When I had my full exam with pap I still have not heard the results from her office. Thankfully I have mychart so I could see the results myself and I’m trained in medicine so I could easily read the results. She is a dreadful doctor and especially if you’re pregnant do not go there! You need to be told about your health and that of your unborn child and that office will not communicate with you!

Excellent care. Thorough and professional. Dellinia D Burgess, FNP has earned my trust and is my new general care provider. She and her staff are a pleasure to work with.

I called the office at 5:15pm after hours about my leg bothering me and talked to the after hour person that answered the phone. She said she was paging the doctor at 5:15 pm to call and talk to me about what I should do about my leg. I was hopping around and couldn't really walk on it. Ok I waited until 6:20 and no one called. So I called back and they said they would Paige the on call doctor again. Ok that was Wednesday June 21 2023. It's now Thursday morning June 22 and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm really disappointed in this clinic. I've been going to my doctor for years here. I think it's time for a change.

Due to NGPG and UHC terminating service, I can no longer recommend this practice, even though Dr Schutte is amazing, and has provided absolutely fantastic care for me for over 20 years. After 20 years due to a financial spat, the only people who suffer are patients.

NGPG had a referral for me from my primary for almost 2 months! The day before my appointment they called to tell me they did not take my insurance (Ambetter) although my insurance information was on the referral and cancelled the appointment. In the 2 months that had passed, I can no longer walk, I have had several injuries from neurological falls, my suffering has been pretty intense especially for someone who works two jobs and has young children. All they had to do was call or send me an email to let me know they would not help first of February. They waited until the morning before to tell me they are refusing to treat me. I have been with NE Georgia for over a decade and I am leaving them permanently. This was the last straw after my son died in one of their facilities and my elderly mother was neglected. If I am not worth a simple phone call to save my life then what kind of doctors are they?

Do not go to the NP Dellina Burgess.I saw her in February for (what I now know is a bleeding stomach ulcer) and was completely brushed off when describing my symptoms. She kept saying it must have been something I ate or a bug even though I told her it’s happened in reoccurring episodes/nobody else catches it and we eat the same food. I knew something else was going on. I also asked her to run a thyroid panel as I’ve had issues with that before. She said she’d order one to go along with my blood work, but she didn’t and I only realized when those labs never came back. Also, when my labs did come back and were flagged (!) for positive blood in stool, she never reached out. The only way I knew they came back flagged was by looking them up on my chart myself. I messaged her on my chart twice and called the practice asking if I should get a gastro referral (only to be told I had to wait for her to sign off on my labs and they didn’t know when that’d be). After a couple weeks, I finally just reached out to a gastro specialist myself without her referral. Then, I get a call from a different gastro office saying Burgess had (finally) called a referral for me in there…. She/ngpg had not reached out to me by phone, my chart, or email to let me know she was doing this or discuss my lab result. Then, someone else in office messaged her on my chart with me cc’d restating the message I had sent weeks ago about my flagged labs. It was then that an assistant to her finally acknowledged the test result/referral to me on my chart…I called and asked them over phone to send the referral over to the specialist I’d already made an appointment with myself instead. They agreed to fax it over there. However, the specialist told me they never received a referral from them/would’ve had me come in sooner if he had known I already had these tests done/symptoms/referral…..I should also mention the nurse tech asked me what dosage my prenatal multivitamin was….and looked at me crazy for not knowing….prenatal vitamins don’t have dosages.Anyways, very very disappointed in the care I got from this NP. My husband sees a different dr at this practice and he was great so IF I go back for a pcp need, I’ll for sure choose a doctor instead. Make sure you advocate for yourself and stay on top of your own labs.

Called to see what code they would submit to insurance for ADHD testing so my insurance company could tell me how much I would pay out of pocket. The person that answered the phone transferred me to billing, who told me they didn't know that kind of information. I called the office again and he didn't know the code. He asked some nurses and they didn't know what code the Dr. would use. I asked if I could leave my name and number and someone could call me with the code and was told no, because I am not a patient.
