“I purchased Sherwin William’s paint for my covered porch floor. There was a problem after painting the porch. I called Sherwin-Williams and spoke to Justin Sutherland, Sales Manager; he set up an appointment to view the porch floor. He listened and then told me the situation will get resolve. Justin had his Sales Representative, Paul Wilson, come to the house and Paul resolved the problem. I was so impressed with Justin and Paul service and professionalism that I will continue to purchase Sherwin Williams’ products.
