Worst.
I dropped my car in the Friday morning for fixing my broken intake hose. But nothing was updated until Monday afternoon.
Finally I’ve gotten the quote more than $1500. It’s for replacing a hose, wheel balancing, Alignment.
A ruse that drags on, makes you nervous and forced to choose? I'm not a dumb.
I picked up without even alignment (so funny the shop said that rust on the bolt so can’t do alignment. They could replace the bolt! It means that they can’t do professional repairing cars.
I ordered the intake hose on Amazon, and costed $60 and received the quote for the same service at another shop for around $500 Total. It all completed in 4 hours when the appointment day.
Even 1 percent I don’t recommend to people.

Just stopped by this location with my dad getting his tire fixed (got a nail in). Joe was very helpful and friendly and informative! The service was quick and smooth! We got out in an hour! Highly recommended this location!!

My car broke down while I was out of state and had my car to Pep Boys. They weren't able to get to my car that afternoon, but they did get it fixed the next morning, an hour before they promised, so I could get back on the road!

would give them 6 stars,that is asking a little much. For 6 stars the price would have been less than half or free
five stars means they addressed the issue in a timely manner,and offered options to the issue . I was most pleased and will return in the future on other auto issues

I came here after speaking with the Mgr Brandon because I knew he would take care of me. Whebi came to get tires unfortunately he wasn't there. I did have an issue and he actually called me the next day and went way beyond customer service and made it correct. Way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend you come here because you will not find a "Brandon" anywhere else. He actually fixed problems on my truck that were not his doing. I made the right decision coming here. This place is 45 min away and I will make the drive from now on.
